Witchin' USA (A Moonstone Bay Cozy Mystery Book 1)

I really enjoyed this book and look forward to the next one. The characters are quirky and the romantic potential is what I have come to expect from her books. The only “bad” thing is that I read it in several hours and now I have to wait who knows how long till the next one is out!

Another imaginative story from Amanda M. Lee. Twists, turns, shifters, zombies and gossip that travels the island faster than a shark shifter inhabit Moonstone Bay. With so much going on with the inhabitants of the island, throw in a few murders linked together, and a new visitor who has inherited the light house and this book is bursting at the seams. A great introduction to a new series. Next book on my shelf and calling my name.

Love this author and have read almost all of here series stories. This one may be my all-time favorite. Just loved the characters and how real world it seemed even though it's witches and such. LOVE Hadley. It was a fun and quick read and while I solved the mystery a bit before the characters did, it didn't bother me at all because the main character just had SO much to deal with. FUN read and great new world.

Really good. Probably my favorite book from this author and I've read quite a few. The characters aren't as sarcastic and snarky as in some of her other books (nor do they do as many absurd things) and I enjoyed the fish out of water aspect of things. Made me wish I could leave the cold and move to Moonstone Bay myself. I was disappointed to realize that this was the first in a new series. Looking forward to many more!

Hadley never met her mom as she died giving birth to Hadley. She inherits a lighthouse on an island from a grandmother she didn't know existed. She also didn't know she was a witch and that the island is home to other paranormal creatures! This book is full of action and twists, with a few giggles, a great storyline and great characters.

Not very creative here on this one. It seems, all you did was switch out Bay and Landon for Hadley and Galen. You even used some of the same phrases for them. Just my observation. It's hard to come up with fresh material, I'm sure but necessary to keep a fan base of more than teenyboppers.

While the mystery wasn’t at all mysterious (as far as the who and some of the why), I did like the setup for this new setting and characters from this author. It was a fast, easy, and enjoyable read. I’ll continue the series and see how these new people play out since we definitely haven’t learned all there is to know - Like all the details of the supe stuff and Is the DDA as bad as an HOA?

This is for anyone who likes to read light paranormal. The characters are cute and the way they interact are great. I know this is the first and do hope there will be more. Amanda Lee will keep you wanting more. If you are looking for a new author I highly recommend her different series.

Every Amanda M. Lee book deserves 5 star ratings. The stories are always fresh and new she doesn't recycle from any of her many great series. The characters are interesting and unique to every book,funny and quirky. The stories are entertaining and a fun read.Try one of her books you will keep her on your must read list.

Another series from Lee. This takes place on an island with lots of secrets. True to form, Lee gives us a mystery filled with interesting characters. Lots of room to grow. I was surprised that I figured out the bad guy before the end of the book. I usually don't so either I'm getting sharper or Lee is slipping.

Another great series from Amanda EM Lee. Great group of characters and the new fantasy world that fits right into the rest of this authors Siri’s. Amanda M Lee is hands down my favorite author!! So much so that I said it twice. Love all her books.
This one made me laugh out loud a couple of times and it’s super rare for me to laugh at a book.

The magnificent dialogue throughout and that was so natural and believable had me laughing out loud over and over again. I absolutely loved this book and have enjoyed this author for years. Please let there be more and more of this series! What a joy!

I really enjoyed this new series. I think the characters are quirky, the setting is refreshing, and there are lots of ways you can take this series. I think once Hadley embraces her heritage,she will be a fun character. I'm looking forward to learning Booker's story and I hope May sticks around.

I love reading the witches of the Midwest and this series promises to be just as imaginative and humorous. Amanda Lee draws me into her stories and has me laughing out loud. Her books lighten my mood on the greatest of days.

Amanda Lee is the queen of cozy mysteries and this new series is off to a great start. The story is entertaining from the start and the world is bit different than the usual paranormal set. I loved it and can’t wait for the next one.

I like this better than Charlie Rhodes, but not as much as I like the Winchesters and the Grimms.

It seems like a cross between the Winchesters and an Annabel Chase book.

Interesting start, but not great. At this point I am not waiting with bated breath for book two. I will give it a shot when released however. Amanda M. Lee is a great author, and hope book 2 can draw me better than book 1 did.

Enjoyable read. Great for a travel or vacation book. Plot twists are enjoyable. Characters and setting are colorful. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to keep up with this one. Mayhem and murder are not gruesome.

This is another fun series by Amanda M. Lee. The paranormal characters include witches, shifters, and zombies, what more could you ask for. There is also a new romance blooming which adds to the already captivating story.

I love the humor in these books, specially this book, ifoynd myself laughing very loudly in the middle of the night as I was reading...also wone up my hubby a couple times. Can't waitfor the next book...please hurry!!

I loved that you kept the story clean. Most paranormal books lose their plot due to pages and pages of sex. It shouldnt take so many pages to get thru an orgasm before going back into the plot. Your book was clean and had a great plot. You didn't make me eeed thru tons of sex scenes just to find the plot. I loved Hadley's snarkiness. Your characters were fun to meet so to speak and solid. Though I would've liked to know more about the villian's background.

The beach, a lighthouse, and hot men. Really what's not to like. Hadley might just give Aislin Grimlock a run for the money in the snark department. I'm only part way thru the book and I love it. Great job Amanda.

After a slow start, it got interesting. The repartee is funny and brilliant . It’s what makes her books so good and fun to read. Looking forward to reading more of Moonstone Bay and it’s quirky residents.
