H Is for Homicide (A Kinsey Millhone Mystery)

I have been reading The Kinsey Millhone series from A to now H. This one didn't keep me as interested as the other ones did. Just never seemed to get interested in the other characters in the story this time.

Its ok. I really don't understand the title because its more about insurance fraud and a tourette syndrome afflicted psycho than Purnell's murder investigation. I cant believe the cops screwed up a sting operation and put an informant in danger. I cant understand why the psycho was so obsessed with the Bibianna woman or why he had to cut her mother's face open because she left him. I thought that was a little extreme along with wanting a woman so badly who clearly is not interested.

I really liked this one. It had a different concept not her usual detective stuff. Sometimes you just have to leave your reality at the door when you read! Have been enjoying the series and I can't wait to see what's in store for Kinsey next!

I have enjoyed all the Sue Grafton alphabet mysteries so far, including H is for homicide. If you want a mystery series that is not full of graphic violence & swearing just an old-fashioned who done it; then this is the book series for you!

The book was just as described and arrived even earlier than I had hoped. Arrived in excellent condition. Sue Grafton is an excellent mystery writer. Each of her books starts with the a different letter of the alphabet. She's now up to U

I usually love her books, but this one dragged on too long in Raymond's apartment and ended too abruptly. I was left wanting closure on Luis, Tate, and Bibianna. Not up to the usual quality of Grafton's books.
