Sexy Beast (Single Dads Club Book 3)

What a funny, entertaining and emotional ending to the Single Dads club series. With each of these books I fell in love with these characters more and more. This one was the perfect ending though. I was so happy for Charlie to finally get what she wanted so badly. I was also happy to see this whole new side to Garrett. And I was glad to get more insight into his past heartbreak. Syd was pretty darn awesome too. She was funny and I loved the part she played in bringing everything together. 

There were a few unexpected twists thrown in that just enhanced the story. A few previously unfamiliar characters to get to know and a huge change in plans being just a few of those twists. But it was overall just a great read. 

I am really happy to know that I will get to see more of a very intriguing new character, and I am so happy that this amazing author duo will be continuing with their books. I hope we will get to see more cameos from the past characters we have grown to love in this new series.

So... Whoop... Finally... Garrett... I was waiting for this one from the first book. I knew it would be good and man was it GOOD!

When we first met Garrett in the first book, you would think he is the broodier one of the group, but Garrett is just focused.
He had a wonderful life with the love of his life and a future that he was looking forward to. Now he is alone with a teenage daughter to raise and that is what he is focused on.
But lately it feels like something is missing, and now he is having all these 'feelings' about his best friends sister, and that can't happen... right?

Charlie has only wanted one man and she is tired of waiting and she is ready to take what she wants. But this is going to be an uphill battle, so will Charlie be up to it??

Loved it, every part of it and seriously this series was Awesome, every single book I liked. Love these two authors and looking forward to so much more

I absolutely adore this series. With each book I have fallen more in love with these crazy characters and thought each book was my favorite. Sexy Beast is no different and so glad that Garret got the book he so deserved.

Garret has had a terrible past. Losing his first wife in childbirth and raising a Dayton his own has been terrifying. Scared to move own with his life and being stuck in limbo has kept him away from any type of a relationship.

Charlie has had a huge crush on Garret most of her life. He is her brothers best friend so he's always been around. She's tired of waiting for him to move on and determined to have him for herself.

These characters just belong together, you know the ones. They compliment each other. This story is a little heartbreaking. I may or may not have cried some, okay I did cry some. It is part beautiful, sexy and even comical. The writers did a fantastic job pulling me in and I really loved the book.

Dirty Talker was my first Piper Rayne book and it pretty much started an obsession - I fell in love with their brand of sexy humor. Sexy Beast did not disappoint in that regard, but it stepped it up for me with the level of emotion that it included as well. Between Charlie's longing for Garrett, Garrett's enduring heartbreak over his wife, and his struggle with being what his maturing daughter needs - I felt all that feels while reading this book. I love how Piper Rayne has created a phenomenal cast of characters that you can't help but get invested in. Between Charlie's sass and Garrett's overwhelming sexiness, I couldn't put Sexy Beast down. I give it 4 out 5 stars and really look forward to the newest coupling {I think we may have gotten a sneak peek at them in the book} in the next book in the Single Dad's Club series!

Sexy Beast certainly describes Garrett, where has he been hiding all this time?

The chemistry, the angst, the laughs and the tears in this book all combine to make this one amazing read. I loved it from start to finish and was gripped by every single page. Piper Rayne mix steamy scenes, romance and real life so well in their plots. The books make me laugh, feel irritated, get hot under the collar and even cry a little.

They also write some of the most likeable, yet annoying and very believable characters and this is what makes their books stand out. They feel like friends and you want to spend time hanging out with them, drinking a few beers and having a laugh.

I can't wait to see who they'll introduce us to next because I haven't been disappointed by a single one of their books so I know I'll love the next one too.

I love this series and I knew that reading Garrett's story would be epic. The dynamic between the characters is amazing and I loved how it was written and all put together.
Garrett doesn't date since losing his wife 12 years ago. He doesn't even seem to notice Charlie, the little sister of his best friend, but Charlie sure does notice him. It's no secret that she's had a serious crush on him for a long time but she's tired of waiting for him to notice it.
Charlie ups the game and Garrett can't pretend he doesn't notice that his best friends little sister is all grown up anymore.
What starts off as a quick "get you out of my system" hook up, of course grows into more.
I really recommend reading this book and the others in the series, these single dads are seriously hottttt! And their stories are swoon worthy! Great job once again Piper Rayne!

I loved Garrett and Charlie's story! This is the final story in the Single Dads Club and it's one of the best!! Garrett is Charlie's older brother's best friend. When Vance asked Garrett to take care of his sister when he moved, Garrett took it to mean to watch over her and not act on any feelings he had for her. Garrett's wife died 12 years before in childbirth with his daughter, Sydney. Charlie's been biding her time and finally acting on her feelings. Garrett is feeling overwhelmed by his tween daughter needing a female in her life. He asks Charlie for help with Sydney. This is such a wonderful story of love and overcoming past loss. I laughed and cried. I'm just sorry that this series is over but we get a teaser of the new series with Charlie's brother, Vance. I received an ARC for this book in exchange for my review.

Wowsers! Just when I thought I loved everything about this series, I'm wooed again! I've decided that Garrett is my favorite of all the single dads!

This is the 3rd full length installment of the Single Dad's Club by Piper Rayne. It can be read as a standalone, but I think you'll feel more connected if you read them in order.
Sexy Beast tells the story of Garrett and Charlie. Garrett is a single dad to Sydney after his wife passes away during childbirth. Charlie is a school counselor and a part time bartender, she's also the younger sister of Garrett's best friend Vance.
I love this sort of forbidden romance.

This book is hot!!! Piper Rayne knows how to hook you from the first chapter. I couldn't put this book down... Hands down my favorite of the series! Pick it up!

Finally we get brooding Garrett's full story! He has been a huge mystery since the start of this series. Gah I'm so insanely addicted to this enthralling characters and I can't get enough. This one seem to have more body to the storyline than the other two in the dad series and is amazingly my favorite. I'm not sure if it's because Garrett is a tough cookie to crack or because Charlie is so tough and stubborn. I like how resilient she is when it comes to making Garrett finally see her more than his best friends little sister. What she doesn't realize is that he does see her but it fighting the attraction. Throw his sassy daughter in the mix, who is too smart for her own good, and this story is complete. It's easy to be caught up in the moment and not realize that Charlie isn't as always as tough as she seems.

Finally, we get Garrett's story! This is the book I've been waiting for since we first met him in Real Deal. But I gotta say that my heart broke for him and what he's been through, it's no wonder he was so closed-off and didn't want to open up his heart. If you've read the first two books, you already know how much Charlie has been crushing on Garrett. He's known for a while that she has a crush, but since she's his best friend's sister, Garrett is all about honoring that code and not going after his friend's sister, but I do wish there had been a bit more will he/won't he tension from Garrett; on one hand I feel like he might have given in a bit too soon, but at the same time, he's been by himself for so long I can understand why he didn't drag it out forever.

If Garrett is the beast, Charlie is his beauty. Garrett thought his beastly behavior could keep Charlie away, but little did he know, that it would only make her push him harder. When I read Piper Rayne's Dirty Talker, I found that Dane had his redeeming qualities, but in Sexy Beast, Garrett broke my heart and then put it back together.
I loved Charlie's persistence. She never wavered in what she wanted. She pushed Garrett to his limits in a loving way, just so he'd know he could have more.

When I started Sexy Beast, I was skeptical that Piper Rayne could really write a series with 3 distinct stories about single dads. And, Piper Rayne did it. They found ways to make Garrett and Charlie's story unique from Marcus and Dane's.

Piper Rayne have done an amazing job on the Single Dads Club. I've gifted it to several of my friends so that they could join in on all the sexiness!

I really liked Book #3 of this series. I Loved the intro at the beginning that Garrett does because everyone liked the one that Dane did. I'm also still laughing over the "Help" he provides his pre-teen daughter LOL Sydney. Read a great story how he falls in love after losing his true love and wife Melissa (Mother of Sydney) during childbirth. There are a couple HOT sex scenes if that is your scene. Not as many as in the previous books in this series 'IMO' if it is not, Just a fun story all around.

There is nothing worse than being in love with someone your whole life and they don't even know you exist. Charlie has been in love with Garrett since she knew what love was but Garrett only saw her as the best friend's sister. That is until he sees that she is a fully mature, grown woman who lives in his dreams.

Garrett has had tragedy strike his life and he has brought up his daughter on his own. He hasn't looked at another woman as a partner since his wife but know he wants something more but doesn't know how to make the first move.

Charlie will 00ding of what she wants. She just hopes that he will take the bait.

Piper and Rayne have written a great book that makes you want to go and live in the cabin and be Charlie.

This one is my favorite of the series. Garrett is a single dad to Sydney. Unfortunately his wife died having Sydney 12 years ago and Garrett has closed off his heart since. Until Garrett notices how much Charlie his best friends sister has grown to a sexy woman. Sydney is going thru teenage emotions and needs a woman to confide in and Charlie helps her but Charlie has loved Garrett from afar and flirting with Garrett is it a good idea or will Charlie end up heartbroken? I loved the chemistry between Garrett and Charlie. Plus the father relationship Garrett had with Sydney! I loved Charlie's character through the first two Single Dad's Club books, and it's great to see her finally get her man. All the characters in this as well as the Modern Love series are so realistic and have unique and fascinating personalities.

The small details included in these stories really make the world they live in come to life. Violet's strawberry dessert's history, Jasper and Lennon's tattoos, all those tiny little things that real people experience bring these books and characters to life in a way authors often fail at. Piper and Rayne are completely successful at creating an imaginative and realistic world for readers to experience.

Very excited to hear another series is on its way!

Like all PR books I feel in love! The characters and the story are always so enjoyable. What I love most though is each book continues to have the friends threw out. They make everything more funny and light. I really liked Sydney too. I did get the feeling though from previous books how much Garrett was anti women so I figured he didn't have much female interaction after Melissa but that isn't the case. There was also a lot of talk and feelings about Melissa. Could have done with a little less. Regardless I still really enjoyed this book and though I wasn't surprised by the twist toward the end I still loved it all the same. Really good book. Definitely recommend. I voluntarily read and reviews this book as an arc.

There are NO words. I cannot express coherently the amount that I LOVED this book, this series, the predeceasing series but more than anything else this dynamic duo of writers. Charlie's sass and determination could lure in and break down the best of men but this broody single dad wants nothing more than to resist his best friend's little sister. This sassy sexy and emotionally charged installment of the single dads club will make you want to take a vacation because of how CHARGED it will leave you. I know I was not able to read anything else for a couple of days once it was finished. Piper Rayne, my loves..... you are killing me in the best of ways x I can't wait to read the next series!

After reading Marcus and then Dane's books, I couldn't wait to get my hands on Garrett and Charlie's story! After reading it, I can now state; it was EVERYTHING I needed! I experienced all the feels, especially in those last few chapters, ugh be still my heart! If your thinking about picking these boys up, I highly recommend all three of these Books!! I felt this series was just unique and amazing! I love the Single Dad's Club! Can't wait to see what Piper Rayne brings out next!

I loved the first book in the series and this installment of The Single Dad’s Club was just as good. These men love their children and get a second chance at love. All the characters feel like old friends after I read their story. Love and family are at the heart of this story and after a few bumps in the road, Garrett and Charlie find their happily ever after!

Piper Rayne remains a one click author for me and I am off to read Dane’s story!

I think Garrett is my favorite dad. You have watched him navigate watching him friends fall in love, all while denying himself.
Charlie is been crushing on Garrett since she was in pig tales. Everyone she has lived him, he is just in denial.
Will he wake up and realize that his second chance has been in front of him this whole time? Or will Charlie finally give up on a future with him. She will do anything for one chance with Garrett, but will it take for him to take that jump.
I love Piper Rayne, all of their books. Every time a new one comes out I need to read them all again.

Yay for the Singles Dad Club! There is just something about a big Alpha male, who is a single parent, that warms my heart! I adore this kind of story! I think it's because they show that softer, gentler side that few people get to see! Love the characters in this. Garrett and Charlie are a perfect match. Once they finally get together! I love Charlie's feistiness! She just tells it like it is! And Garrett! Just swoon! I wanted to hug him so bad! Love the storyline and the writing! Flowed very well! This is their story, and what a story it was. I loved how Garrett had to work through his past to be able to deal with his present and future.

This series has been a pleasure to read. The characters and storylines were all intriguing and well planned. I can't wait to read more from Piper Rayne.

Awesome single dad's romance story about Garrett and Charlie. Garrett has been the object of Charlie's desires for most of her life. She has watched him through various phases of his life from afar, patiently waiting and hoping that Garrett would finally notice her. This book is about conquering fear, finding love and patience. Totally recommend it ???
