The Dark Secret (Hardcover); 2013 Edition - Wings of Fire Book Four

This Book was truly amazing! I just didn't really like the awkwardness of when starflight told sunny that he loves her. I mean,seriously, get on with the fighting (wow, I sound like Tsunami!) Like glory said, don't be so... sappy. Other than that this book was great, and I can't wait until the fifth book comes out!

This amazing book is the fourth one in the series it tells about the mysterious nightwings, and their devilish plan. If you haven't read the other books READ THEM NOW!!! It is all you need in you life!!!

This book was amazing!!!!!! Starflight shows true bravery and lots of humor!!! Sutherland's an AWESOME author!! Loved the crazy twist at the end!!! Hope other readers enjoy it as much As i do!!!!!!!!!!!

This book really earned the rating it was a great story just like the other books in the series ?. I love how in each book it tells the story from a different point of view as in a different dragon. I am super excited to read book 5 ?.

This book was excellent. The only problem I had with it was that the other friends did not show up for most of the book, only the end. Here you meet the fake dragonets of destiny, which all died I think except Fatespeaker the NightWing and Flame the SkyWing. Starflight's father also appears in this book. I loved the way all the night wing secrets were exposed to the reader in this book. One thing that I was wondering about was the guide in the front- why didn't they update it to say Queen Glory of the RainWings instead of Queen Dazzling( who is not queen anymore), and there was a new SkyWing queen, so why not say that? Great book, and will continue to read the series.

Not quite as exciting and complex as the previous book, but very inventive and self-consistent. Moves the plot well and naturally. Starlight was in much need of some character development and maturity, and this more than delivered. Fascinating new character in Fatespeaker also.

The story was great and I really enjoyed seeing the world from Starflight's eyes. Tui T. Sutherland has such a knack for creating great books. I look forward to reading the next book. I also like your work with the Erin Hunter group.

Great book just like all the others in the sereis, can't wait for book five!
Didn't start off as exciting as the others but over all just as great.
Would recommend to anyone that enjoys adventure and fansty. I don't think this particular book should be read before the others because it metions things that happend in the other books.
