Financial Plans and Final Wishes - A Guide to My History

I don't really know what I was expecting, but boy this book nearly drove me into a panic with all the stuff that it suggests to do.
I went into shut-down mode and haven't looked at since I first opened it (about a month ago).
I may try to start collecting data, as it suggests, but honestly, I was way overwhelmed.....

I have completed half of this workbook. Two flaws: I cannot capture my information completely. This is more of a casual journal. Bank and Investments sections are the last straws! Worse, a fatal flaw, I can’t imagine my family finding what they need at time of need. Even if they know what they’re looking for (and aren’t under stress, grief, time pressures), they won’t find powers of attorney buried in chapters. Very disappointed.

I am so glad that I sent for this book, I just have to take the time to put all my info down on paper!

Way more book that I was expecting!!! This will take longer than I probably have in order to fill out. This is truly a book, and I can see where you can impart all kinds of info to your next-of-kin here. I was looking for a booklet, that my 25-year-old would have the patience to stick with. I'll use this as a guide to do my own booklet, as I waited too long to return it. A quality production, but way more than I was looking for.

This is written by someone like myself - too much information! I was expecting something less involved - you know - the facts with "if" suggestions not so much you are turned off just by browsing! Sorry

Way to involved. For most blue collar people who just want to get things organized for your family.
Complicated way to much. I didn't know it was written by a LAWYER. It's easy to understand why
it's complicated then. I would never recommend it to anyone

After the recent deaths of my family members I decided to get my house in order. This book is a good resource, however, the majority of users will find much more information than most will need. Now if you are a millionaire - you will have your Trust Attorney organize your estate - not a book.
