Jennifer Esteep has become one of my favourite authors. This series is an amazing tale of good verses bad with mythological twist that involves many religions and cultures as well as their Gods. Percy Jackson would have a run for his Money when faced with Gwen Frost and her friends. The series ended on a beautiful note with me feeling relaxed and fulfilled with the knowledge of the characters current and future situations and she also left the story open to more books in the future. I would not mind at all if I was to read about a second generation Frost story.

I have to say that the conclusion to this series was sweet! This book was a fitting conclusion to a great series. I like that the secondary characters from the other books played large parts in the final battle of good vs. evil. The solidarity of Gwen's friends and their support of her has always been good throughtout the other books and this time was no exception. The played right in the front with her. Her grandmother's role in this book was pretty cool and the Gwen/Logan on-again off-again relationship finally stopped yo-yo-ing. The villians were, of course, irritating as usual, except Loki, the ultimate bad guy/god. That final battle scene description was crazy good. The only downer to the story was that there were sad deaths at the end.
Jennifer Estep wrote such a wonderful series that I was kind of sad to see it end. The writing was smooth and full of excellent imagery. The characters ran me through a gamut of different emotions good and bad. This book was well-worth the read.

Killer Frost is the final book in the thrilling Mythos Academy series. It's always a little bittersweet for me when such a great series comes to an end. Endings can be hard, but I think this one works very well. Everything that's been building up in the series has led to this final epic battle. I will avoid any spoilers but I will say I was relieved and a little astonished to finally know the deal with Raven. I definitely didn't have a clue what to think of her. It was also very exciting getting to see the roles each of the friends played in the final battle. I definitely recommend reading this entire series, it's the perfect blend of myth, romance, and action. It will keep you on the edge of your seat and begging for more.

Gwen Frost is back for a sixth and final installment in the Mythos Academy series. The Reapers want an artifact that Gwen doesn’t think it kept safe enough. Until her grandmother is kidnapped. Then, Gwen is willing to trade anything to get her back.
It’s sad to see one of my favorite YA series come to an end. I love these characters – from Gwen and her touch magic to her talking sword. But it’s nice to finally have the big showdown against Loki and the Reapers. And a few other subplots are wrapped up as well. This final story is a wild ride, packed with plenty of action, suspense, mystery, humor, and a bit of romance. The excitement builds to a satisfying finale that doesn’t disappoint. Don’t miss this one.

Jennifer Estep has a dark and twisted mind - and I love it! It’s amazing to me how she tied all the ends and all the characters and all the different talents of everyone and every creature. I feel so sad to see this end. But, Wow! What a great last book!

I liked everything except for how the suspense wasn't as amazing as it had been for other climaxes Of other books in the series.
I would recommend this series to everyone who like fantasy and at least some adult romance.

Killer Frost by Jennifer Estep is the 6th book and final book in her Mythos Academy series. Estep gives us an exciting, action packed and wild finale with Gwen Frost and her friends at Mythos Academy, as they battle Loki and the Reapers.
I am not going to tell too much about this book, as I do not want to give out spoilers, and the whole book is filled with them. But I will say that it was such a fabulous story all the way through. Estep just kept giving us more and more of Gwen, as she knows what she has to do to protect her friends and family. Gwen grows up even more, learning how to use her magic, and putting together many of the clues her goddess Nike told her over the years. It was so exciting; I could not put the book down, as I was dying to see how this would all end. Believe me when I tell you, there was so many battles, you worried if Gwen & her friends would survive.
What I loved about this final book is that we got to see so many of the characters we have come to love throughout this series. Besides, Gwen, Logan, Daphne, Carson, Vic, Nyx, Grandma Frost, Nickamedes, Metis, and so many others from Mythos; we got to see Rory & Rachel, the Grypons (including baby gryphon). We also must suffer the terrible deeds of Vivian, Agrona, and Loki in their quest to kill Gwen and all of those at Mythos Academy. There so many things that happened throughout, but the last 1/3 of the book was a humdinger, with so many shocking events that glued you to your seat even more.
So many thoughts as you raced to finish in this exciting mind-boggling climax. Will Gwen survive? Will Gwen ever finally payback Vivian for all that she has done to hurt her family? Will Loki be defeated in his quest to take over the world? What will happen to Logan, Daphne, or Carson? There are so many more, that I found myself holding my breath to the end.
Jennifer Estep has outdone herself with this final book, as I loved every moment, even when things were disastrous. I will miss Gwen Frost and her fun gang of friends, and Mythos Academy. It was a wonderful ride. Thank you, Jennifer Estep for this fabulous series.
