I am completely addicted to Lucas Davenport and Virgil Flowers novels. There, I've said it. That's quite a confession from a 70-year-old man who prides himself in his literary taste. And they didn't have to beat it out of me.

This one stinks up the pages! Not worth the type used to tell the story. Virtually no plot. More meaningless characters than letters in the alphabet. This is one you keep reading trying to find some content and it never happens. Obviously this one was written to fill a quota or time slot. Skip this one and don't waste your time. Every author has to do one bad book and this one should get it out of Sandfords effort. The ending comes out of nowhere with no relevance to previous pages. You could write down twenty names followed by John did it, script "the end" and you would have this book! Seriously, don't bother. A waste of money and time!
