100 Inspirational Quotations Hand-Lettered by Lisa Congdon

This book arrived on a day I was bed-ridden with a bad cold, and it was just the thing to perk me up. I love flipping through it and leaving it out on my coffee table for friends to enjoy, too. It is several pieces of fun art bound together. Much more fun than an ordinary book of quotes.

I bought this book as a gift for my best friend and she loved it so much that I bought a copy for myself. It's the perfect pick-me up, girly, designer book one could possibly have. AND it's a cute coffee table book too!

I was disappointed in both the quality of the quotations (not as wise or striking as I had hoped) and in the drawings and letterings which I thought might be more diverse. Oh well...perhaps just misplaced expectations. The book is bound beautifully.

Rather disappointed by the simplicity of this collection of quotes. All the drawings look similar, and although pleasing, the quotes were obviously the authors favorites, but not particularity of value to me.

Great book, but literally every single page was written on with a gold marker. Looks like it was from a graduation party where family and friends wrote personal messages. There was a sticker on the side for $1.99, which might be fair? I paid $9.00+... Said it was in good condition, but not sure they look past the cover.

This is the kind of book you could open once a day for years, and something new would strike you about it each time.
