Awesome book. Lots of information on using vinegar. Guess what! You don't use white vinegar in food! It's for cleaning, etc.
There is a wide variety of information in how to use, when to use, what the mixture is, etc. Everyone needs to read this book.

Before reading this book, I was unaware that Bragg Organic ACV had so many natural healing properties. But Bragg ACV is an incredible natural healing agent. Based on the info in this book and using the Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar I have healed an eye infection, lost weight, alleviated a sore throat, relieved congestion. The book discusses so many uses for this incredible product that instead of going to WEB MD, I now consult this book for a natural healing remedy first. It's also great in a salad dressing! I have two large bottles in my pantry--one for healing remedies and one for salads. Great product and great book!

I found this book to contain useful bits of information littered throughout; however, there was some outdated information in the health and nutrition guidance which did not pertain to the use of ACV. It also contains a bunch of quotes that are unnecessary space fillers. Overall it was a quick read, ACV has had noticeable results in my life, and I believe it is worth the $0.99 Kindle download.

Apple cider vinegar is a wonderful product with amazing properties. I believe everybody should use it every day and this book will tell you exactly how to do that! I Highly recommend this book and suggest you give it to your friends

She's always looking for health & herbal type info, and Apple Cider Vinegar has been
proven to be good for you, so this was a book she liked.

One of the most helpful and healthful books Ive possessed. You must read this book for your own good and that of your family. You must read this book for your personal growth and pass along or buy copies for friends and family

This book is very helpful for a solid understand of the many, many benefits derived from Apple Cider Vinegar. My only concern is that this could have been a shorter text if the sole focus was using ACV as I would have personally prefered.

I have to agree with other purchasers/reviewers. The book is clearly filled with a lot of product pushing and buyer testimonials. Although I agree with many of the testimonies, it was just plain boring. There are several repeating themes in the book as well. I believe most of the information is available online. Do not recommend.

Read this for a journey to the Bragg healthy lifestyle. I bought this in paperback, then immediately ordered all their other books for Kindle for .99 each instead of the 9.99 paperbacks. ... plus ordered the vinegar and other products from the store instead of through the Braggs because of the cheaper postage. Get started............it is nothing odd or hard......and if you never drink the vinegar or use the other products you will still reap a wealth of information about living better.
