Hard to put down through most of this story which caused me several late nights! As usual, Kristin Hannah's characters are real and believable, flawed like all of us, and still trying to make life work. You won't be sorry you chose this book.

This was a well told and compassionate story about realizing that there are no rights or wrongs when it comes to love. It is about acceptance and about how we define ourselves regardless of our socioeconomic background. The characters are delightful and come to life in the book. Another spectacular book by a great storyteller, Kristin Hannah. You will not be disappointed! I would love to read a sequel.

Every book Kristin Hannah writes engulfs me in the moment. It is my ultimate escape. Having gone through a miscarriage myself; this book in particular connected to me on a very deep level. That is what Kristin Hannah does; she gets to the heart of the matter and plucks on your every heart strings. She has this wonderful way of captivating the reader and creating tunnel vision where nothing else matters but the next word. With every book I read, I mourn the loss of another one down. I hope she never stops writing, as I will never stop reading.

Kristin Hannah's books are a wonderful read. She really developed the characters along the way. You feel as though you are right there with them. Good story with a twist for the ending.
I loved this book.

Dramatic book of love lost, found, and renewed. Sweet story of how tragic events can lead us to a place where great things can occur and how hard it can be to overcome the grief behind our loss. Good book but sad story content so be fore warned.
