Mind Game was SO good!!! I love these characters and they feel as if they are friends. I really enjoyed that the book was centered around Jane, but that everyone else was mentioned or involved in the story line. I absolutely cannot wait for the next one to see what happens with Jane and Seth! Don't hesitate to read!

I just finished Look Behind You by the same author and really enjoyed it. Then, I picked up this book. It is so boring! It drags on and on. I finally give up at 2/3 of the book. No more Eve Duncan for me.

Mind Game, an installment in Iris Johansen's Eve Duncan series, is a well written book that simply did not work for me. I find it hard to put my finger on, but I'll try.

I tend to either want pure fantasy/paranormal/whatever or I want just a touch of it within the context of a world that is blind to it. This novel had far more paranormal than I care for in a book that isn't full-fledged fantasy but was far too rooted in the "real" world to be pure fantasy. These distinctions reflect my personal tastes and descriptors only. I think the book may suit those who like stories in what I think of as that middle area.

I found the characters well drawn and I cared about what happened to them, which is one reason I wanted to like it more than I did. It is also why I think many readers will like it as long as they don't have the same view of where the story falls on the reality-fantasy spectrum.

I would still recommend this book to people who like more paranormal than reality to their fiction.

Thank you to Net-Galley, the publisher and author for the opportunity to read and review. No form of payment was received.

I loved this book. Even though it states this is an Eve Duncan book, there wasn't much of Eve in the book. Its more of Jane and Caleb. I was so glad to get more of these two characters as they are some of my favorites. We also get a little bit of other characters from the Eve books.

The chemistry between Jane and Caleb is still off the charts, they are going to explode at some point. I have been cheering them on to eventually find their happy place together. Will it be in this story? Read to find out!

Jane is having dreams of a young woman that is needing help. She has to find out who she is and why she is contacting her. This story has some twists and turns. It has drama, action and everything else readers come to expect from this author

I can't wait for more books with Jane and Caleb. One click this on release day, it is worth it!

Iris Johansen did it again!! She has written another great suspense novel that is believable and keeps you reading til it is finished. I love the way she keeps all of her characters from previously books alive and interacting and still doesn't overwhelm the story by explaining who they are. Can not wait til the next one comes out!

This wonderful and exciting story kept my interest on every page. The characters were so vivid and well developed that I felt I almost knew them. The end was a surprise which I was not expecting. You can't go wrong with a book written by iris Johansen.

Always enjoy her books. Have been reading them since the 90's. Loved her book The Ugly Duckling, also her series on the Wind Dancer.
One of my favorite authors, would recommend her books to all who like to read.
