Review:This is a series that I NEVER get tired of reading...over...and over again. There is nothing like a full novel written by Nora Roberts to make for an entertainingly scrumptious story that pulls you in and makes you feel homesick in between installments. And, when that installment comes out and you finally have a chance to read it, your back at home with life, death, intrigue and love.
You gotta love Roberts. She makes the best characters and stories.
Also, let me say that Susan Eri... Read more
Review:This is Dallas at her best, totally "mag!" Got to be the best one yet in the Death Series.
(and to think, I almost didn't get it because of some of the reviews!) Glad I didn't listen.
I loved this book. It is not any more gorey than any of the others in the series.
Well done, J.D. Robb! Read more
Review:No long disertation on the plot lines... Awesome series, Awesome characters. They just keep getting better. (And although it's not really required, I would recommend that you read them in order... I ALOT more fun that way. Start with Naked In Death and just keep going...) Read more
Review:The summer of 2059 in New York is brutal and tempers are flaring over trifling things. The New York Police and Security Department are kept busy leading to Lieutenant Eve Dallas reaching the end of her rope. At the scene of the blood bath she notices that on Louis's computer is the message "ABSOLUTE PURITY ACHIEVED". S... Read more
Review:It is circa 2059 in Manhattan and NYPD Lieutenant Eve Dallas hurtles into her investigation of the death of Columbia University undergraduate Rachel Howard, morbidly immortalized on a portrait completed by an audacious killer who announces his deeds through the city's most popular Channel 75. Suspects from the bar Rachel frequents are singled out along with her dates, imaging professor and a temperamental artist Hastings at Portography who holds images of Rachel - and the second victim.

Review:I am a devout JD Robb fan. I fell in love with this series from Book 1. Each new installment is an auto buy for me AND my husband! I got him hooked on Eve and Roarke too! We buy the Audiobooks/Audible format to listen while we drive since we are truck drivers. All of the characters are colorful, involved and relevant to the story lines. I have enjoyed watching Eve evolve as a woman and a cop since meeting Roarke and vice versa, his evolution into a completely legitimate mogul with a penchant to ... Read more
