Review:Before you get started, you will need to be prepared. I advise the following. A glass of wine, a cold shower and a man on stand-by.
Sex. Sex, sex, sex. Sex.
Ok, now that I got that out of my system... Where should I start?
I have to admit, I wasn't crazy about the idea of Elizabeth being the heroine in this book. I hated her in The Perfect Play and I would have been okay with never seeing her in another book again. So, while I was excited about Jaci Burton's next book ... Read more
Review:Plot: C
Characters: C
Heat: D
The plot was OK. There was nothing spectacular or new about it. Mostly predicable, though I was surprised at what ended up being the conflict. I thought it would be related to Mick's secret, but it ended up being something different, so that was good at least.
Mick and Tara were boring. Mick was a blah, uninteresting character, and Tara was tiresome with her constant pushing away and jumping to conclusions.
The heat started off good, but ... Read more
Review:The fourth installment of Jaci Burton's Play-by-Play series, Playing to Win, is worth picking up just to stare at the cover. Fitness model Jed Hill once again lends his "hip dents" or "hip dips" to ignite our imagination of what main character Cole Riley might look like in the flesh. In an interview with About Happy Books, Burton said of Hill's previous appearance on her book The Perfect Play, "Of course, who can deny the appeal of a hot, sweaty guy on the cover of a book, right?"

Review:I was a little disappointed in this book after reading all other books from this author. I have been waiting a long time to read Shirori & Knox's story, I loved both of these characters. I liked the story of them going from a competitive working relationship where they are always budding heads to a sexual relationship and falling in love while discovering their selves individually. I read a lot of erotic & BSDM but have yet to read a book with a Domme so that was new for me. I really... Read more
Review:Yet again Lorelei amazes me with her storytelling. I love how you can put yourself right in the story and feel the characters emotions and what they are thinking. I especially loved the politics of working for a large company...that was spot on as I deal with that daily. I'm looking forward to the next book in this series! Read more

Review:Inevitable was a very good story.. But it was also a mixed bag. I liked it and I did not like the way Cassie was so smitten at time and then aloof at others with her sexy neighbor Logan. Logan just seemed like a man-whore that was lost in his own defenses. Cassie was sweet and yet annoying. I liked Logan's sister, even though Julia's story was sort of fluff, but it was okay.. I did not like her boyfriend.. Logan's son was adorable. My main problem is the way the story ends.. I HATE CLIFFHANGERS! Read more
Review:The Gentleman’s club by Emmanuelle de Maupassant a good four star read. This is the first book in the Noire series and the first book by this author I have read. This author has written a story that will keep you guessing and keep you wondering all the way through. This is a dark, erotic, risqué, raunchy read. Its set in Victorian London 1898 a time when being rich meant that you could pretty much do what you wanted. This book does contain scenes with elements of BDSM, humiliation, lots of sex b... Review:This book will keep you hooked start to finish! The scenes are well painted, the
Characters are enchanting and well developed, and the story is intriguing. I would have given it 5 stars but I disliked the abrupt ending. Hoping to give The Apple a go and see if it has the answers I'm looking for. All in all, I recommend this very well written book to anyone interested in the time period. The historical details alone make it worth the effort! Read more
