Review:Jellicoe Road contains some riveting characters, and a plot that holds merit, but it becomes so disjointed at times, that it becomes monotonous. It's a fun read, just regrettable that the ending doesn't pack a bigger punch due to the plot tapering off slowly much earlier. Read more
Review:The book is filled with fear hatred love bullies and everything we could not live with out I think this sets a great example what things were like during the civil rights movement I think Mandela is feeling that same way too. Read more
Review:Heartless was one of the most entertaining books in the series. I also feel like it was one of the most mystery-filled books in the series. This book uncovers a lot of information about their best friend Alison's murder, as well as discovering who they can and can't trust. In this book, Aria, Spencer,Emily, and Hanna say they saw a dead body in the woods. Shortly after, the woods are set un-fire by someone who is out to hurt the girls. This fire, as well as the other events in this book, really sh... Read more
Review:The False Prince is an engaging book. Well written and edited. It was a quick read. The main character is likeable, as are most of the supporting characters. There is a little violence in it (not graphic) so may not be appropriate for those under 10. Other than that, it is a clean book and I will read the whole trilogy. Read more
Review:Imagine a fluorescent orange dodgeball. A dodgeball doesn't do a lot of damage...or does it? Now picture it hurling toward you at rapid speed, and you are glued to the floor, unable to move. Then you're hit, falling to the ground and blacking out. You think you are dead, but you're not, since you're at your favorite mall where you spent most of your time over the years. You have a chance so you can see some choices you made to lead to the mall. This is what happened to Tessa Reynolds, who is the... Read more
Review:I bought this book because I really liked this authors other book, A Mango Shaped Space. This one was really different, but soooo good too! For one thing, it all takes place in one day--February 29th--It was like you were in the characters heads the whole time! Each chapter is an hour, but then it goes back over that same hour but from different characters views, so you see how everyone affects everyone else, it's hard to explain, but it's REALLY cool. I seriously did not stop reading this until... Read more
Review:I have read the books 11 birthdays, and Finally, and this was a great sequel. I really enjoyed reading this book because of the plot and characters. If you read the books before this one, the book will be even better! Read more
Review:Personally speaking, this was the best entry in the series to date. I really felt it was well paced and I wasn't bored at any point. I thought Emily's story in Iowa would bother me, but Shepard moved that along expertly. I cared about the story more this time around, and most of the red herrings were cleverly done, so as to make some readers suspect them, while more sceptical readers might not.

This book was fan-freaking-tastic! Even though I wanted to beat about 1500 people ?
I love about 15 people in this book! They were so d*mn awesome!
First off, Elloren, Rafe and Trystan were all brought up by their uncle Edwin. And good ole uncle brought them up to be good peeps. They were all still tarnished by untrue beliefs but it all comes out in good time ladies and gents!
They are all descendants of The Black Witch and... Read more
