Abandon Book 3: Awaken
Abandon Book 3: Awaken

Review:This book did not disappoint! It was always going to have tough shoes to fill and it filled them well. Do I want even more? Yes! However I do have two tiny not-so amazing details.
1. It tied up way too nicely. Bad guys in jail, Furies gone, Grammy gone....
2. The blurb describing the book is completely different then what happens in the book!
But all-in-all this book was amazing! Read more

Princess in Love (The Princess Diaries, Vol. 3)

Review:When you hear the title, The Princess Diaries, most people automatically assume it's a girls' book. However, it is a great book for all kids to read because it brings up issues most teenagers face.

Review:Good story but I never buy additional books because I think publishing cliffhangers is a disgusting marketing ploy. So if you want to have to pay tons of money to finish the book, this one is for you. Shame on the author and the publisher for this trip off. Read more

Avalon High
Avalon High

Review:In the literature hierarchy, teenage novels are at the bottom, right next to Harlequin romance books. Author Meg Cabot delivers her best guilty pleasure with `Avalon High.'

Chick lit, generally romance/humor books targeted for women, (like `The Lifetime Channel,' but in book form) is suspected to be the blame for `chick lit lite:' Chick lit's spawn for teenage girls.

Cabot's sticking to what she does best and gives her a rabid teen following: weaving together humor, romance and... Read more

Take Me On
Take Me On

Review:I love, love, love Katie McGarry's Pushing the Limits series. TAKE ME ON was no exception. I loved reading about West and Haley. As always, McGarry's characterization skills are amazing, as are her abilities to create compelling relationships. And I'm not just talking about the romances, which are always packed with chemistry. Complex friendships and family dynamics are always a sure find and part of what pulls me so deeply into her books that I don't want to climb back out again.

Walk the Edge: A Thunder Road Novel

Review:Breanna Miller has always been known as the freakishly smart good girl. She's determined to be less invisible during her senior year before fleeing Snowflake, Kentucky but she never considered being noticed would change her life in so many ways.

Thomas 'Razor' Turner is one of the more volitale young members of the Reign of Terror MC. Devilishly handsome, fiercely protective and intelligent, he's also haunted by the death of his mother and a slew of unanswered questions.

Review:Isaiah...I think this is my favorite of them all. Or at least it is until the next one. No, I'm going to stand firm. Isaiah is the character that deserved to have a bit of happiness. I love everything about his character and the female lead of this story is perfect for him. Read more

Review:McGary never disappoints me. I love her previous series. This was different and I still fell in love with the story line and the characters. I wish there was more on Oz and Emily. I'd love to hear how they work things out long distance. I was definitely hooked on this book. Read more
