Review:My four year old grandson loves this book. The pictures have extra thick lines and it helps him to "stay in the lines". ( Not that that is always a good thing!) The variety of pictures is suitable for both boys and girls. Best coloring book I have found for preschoolers. Read more
Review:My visual learning autistic boy loved this book! He learnt after the first few times where everything was hidden, but then we had a whole heap more fun finding other stuff and inventing new games. Not really a bedtime read, but great for a rainy afternoon or a daytime sit down and read with Mum! Read more
Review:Really nice coloring book for Harry Potter fans, adults or kids. Many of the pages are scenes taken directly from the movies. The last few pages contain color photos from the movies which can be used as a reference or guide. Read more
Review:Alligator problems dont happen often, but when it did it just happen to be under a little kid's bed, he had no name in the story. I think this is a cute story about responsibility.
Instead of depending on his parent the little kid takes care of it on his own by thinking of a plan. The plan was wise enough, I thought it was humerous how it was some what possible. The little kid maid a trail to the garage and closed the door. What was really cute was the note he left, being concerned about ... Read more
Review:I have read the first, second, third, and some of this book. The first book was pretty good and i finished it fast. It started going downhill from there. The rest of the books had mostly the same plot. Warning Spoilers 1, Aaron starts out visiting his brother, 2, something terrible happens to everyone, 3, there is a gruesome battle, 4, everything becomes magically good again. I thought some parts where was too intense for a children's book. This should've been a teen novel, or an adult book. Lik... Read more
Review:After having read the first Unwanteds, I wanted more. After noticing the SECOND book to the series, I seriously needed it. No, not wanted, NEEDED. These two books are amazingly written. The characters aren't just flat cardboard with no depth. No, they are given to you in rich detail! Lisa McMann, you have created a beautiful book. I must admit, Alex isn't that main character that is possible to hate. He is one of my favorite characters! Read. This. Book. Now. The only bad thing about it is that ... Read more
Review:This was hands down my favorite Unwanteds book. The battle scene was epic. However, I liked it most for Aaron. I was rooting for him since the Island of Silence. I was surprised it was Aaron who did all the things I expected Alex to do. Meghan was absent in this story, I'm not sure why, but I can tell she'll return in the 7th book. I also wouldn't be surprised Mr. Today decides to return. Read more
Review:I remember picking up the first book and just sitting down and reading. Then I'd look up and realize I've been there for a couple of hours that was 2 years ago. I forgot about this series then I was on my kindle and saw that the series continued, I was incredibly excited. All of the books were amazing but after reading this one. All the characters are much more in depth and you really care about them. But towards the end of this book the storyline changes in an interesting way. It's great! I rec... Read more
Review:As a previous reviewer stated, this copy is missing two pages of the story. We own a few copies of this book as it is our children's favorite, but this copy has two of the favorite pages missing. I don't understand why. Read more
Review:My niece is 4 and absolutely loved this. The cutout dolls with the little dresses looked adorable and sturdy (much more impressive than a princess set that she received). I was concerned my niece might not be interested as she is a big fan of the Disney princesses, but she loved it and carried the dolls around all day. Read more
