But a note for those reading it on Kindle, the last third of the book is references, so don't drop it
if you're 50% of the way through and have no idea how he can go on for the rest of the book, you're almost at the end. Read more

Review:Still reading the book but already found some errors that detract from my enjoyment of the material.

You'd think a book about cybersecurity would at least use a proofreader or editor that would know the difference between a silicon "die" and "dye".

They also clearly didn't get a good enough explanation of things like BGP and denial-of-service attacks. I found this disheartening. Read more

Review:I know Brooks knew the Killers personally, I don't dispute his claims at all, But the general consensus of evidence seems to be that Eric & Dylan did what they did for "Apocolyptic fame" more then revenge.

I wish brooks would do a follow up explaining why he feels this way, but the book itself is very good & gives you a insiders prospective. Read more

Review:I bought this simply because so many think no one should be allowed to have it and that was good enough for me, so I orderd it. I haven't read it but I am sure it is prominently placed in my book shelf so it will be as controversial as possible to all my peace love and stoner friends. I actually have no desire to know the stuff in the book but I really don't like people telling me they have read it and others should not be allowed to because it didn't hurt them but others can't handle it. Review:I enjoyed this book but was disappointed at the sudden ending. I was left with a need to know more about what happened when he left home and if he ever returned. It makes me feel such anger at the way apartheid was so accepted by the white South Africans. Read more
