101 Amazing Facts
101 Amazing Facts

Review:Almost impossible to read in the Kindle format. You have to go back and forth between the questions and answers. The answers do not reference the questions they belong to, so you keep flipping back and forth. Good information, terrible delivery. Read more

Behind Closed Doors 5-Chapter Sampler
Behind Closed Doors 5-Chapter Sampler

Review:This book reads like an adolescent girl's diary. Choppy, sophomoric writing, little to no character development and an annoyingly implausible storyline that went nowhere in 5 chapters. Pass on this one. Read more

Around the World in 80 Days[Illustrated]
Around the World in 80 Days[Illustrated]

Review:A classic from my childhood first experienced through the Disney movie. This was quite a bit different yet all the better for it. I recommend to both the science fiction fan and the lover of history. Written about 1873 it's amazing how much things haven't changed in travel and in people. Read more

An October Daye Novelette (Kindle Single) - Full of Briars
An October Daye Novelette (Kindle Single) - Full of Briars

Review:Unfortunately weak entry into the world of October Daye. I was hoping for a cute story from Quentin's perspective, but there was no story or plot, just one long conversation that rehashed previous territory. The interactions between the characters were formulaic and (I hate to say this) dull. The one bright spot was a brief exchange at the end of the story that made me smile. That's what earned it two stars. This really should have been a short story offered on her website for the die-hard fans. Read more

The Rescue Story Behind Lone Survivor (SOFREP) - Operation Red Wings

Review:I found very fascinating how diligently and thoroughly the different branches of the military worked together to bring back the Seals and men lost in the helicopter that was shot down trying to rescue them. Read more

Stay Close (For You)
Stay Close (For You)

Review:Love this series. The characters are just so passionate. Now I have to try to patiently wait for Pan and Henry's story. Ivan was just so intense. I wish they were longer! Love novellas, but them as a book would have been amazing! Thank You! Read more

Beauty in Winter
Beauty in Winter

Review:I was graciously provided an ARC by the author in exchange for an honest review.

Fast, great story. It had the feel of a fairytale with dark undertones and a happy ending, but some smoking sex added. This is actually the first in the Beauty series that I had read, but this was so good, I am going to check out the rest. Read more

Thankful For Her
Thankful For Her

Review:Thankful For Her it's bizarre story . Even when you are willing suspension of disbelief , it got an overly-complicated plot , little character development and the narrative is lackluster. And on top of that, this short story ends in a CLIFFHANGER!

I read AK for the smutty and sexy times and even those were disappointing. Read more

Her Paradise
Her Paradise

Review:Very quick, but Alexa Riley still manages to pack it with enough emotion for those little smiles for the cute parts, quickened heartbeats in the tense moments, and giddy hand clapping for the happy ending. I've read literally every single one of their books and there isnt a single one I dislike. My only issue is, they don't write them as fast as I read them lol. Read more
