Review:PT does a wonderful job with his first book. Easy to read, moves along fast, movie like at times, a bit of wodunit, a lot of mystery and suspense, surprising twists and turns, strong characters both men and women, and cliffhangers.
A great start to what may turn out to be a fun series. My kudos to PT for writing a fantastic book. Great cover too.
PT has also recorded this process of writing this book over on youtube. Check it out: [...]

Review:I enjoy this series. That said, does this next installment seem like it was incredibly short to anyone else? The content is enjoyable, it just seemed like it was more of a Novella like the Warner and Adam books. I guess I just expected more. Read more
Review:I enjoyed this book, but I have no idea what Tahereh Mafi was trying to accomplish with it. I totally sympathize with Warren, and I want him to get Juliette. I remember how badly I wanted things to work out for Juliette in Adam in Shatter Me, but I don't care anymore. I need Warren to get his girl! Mafi's emotional writing style is back in full force. But I'm sure Juliette's not going to go for Warren who I think is the more interesting choice now. And I want to see her help redeem him. I think ... Read more
Review:Holy crap, batman. This book, y'all. It's like this crazy hodgepodge of things all smushed together in a neat little ball that totally came at me and knocked me down. It's fantasy, but it's more. It's a romance, but it's more. It's just a lot of good things. Except one thing. The love triangle, but more on that later. Let's return to the gushing.
You know whenever a main character just has it? (As if I know what it is. I clearly do not have it.) That's Lia. As I read The Kiss of Decepti... Read more
Review:I can summarize the whole book for you right here:
It's all my fault I'm sorry I'm so sorry I'm so confused confused confused I need to take some time to think about my feelings 1 2 3 seconds pass I'm still confused I'm so sorry It's all my fault. The End.
I've realized something - it's pretty much impossible to enjoy a book when you hate the narrator. I hated Juliette. In this book she is weak, pathetic and above all, SELFISH. No cool plot twist (there wasn't one anyway) or awesom... Read more
Review:Awesome story and concept. Reader is immediately drawn into Ruby's dilemma and fear of being torn away from her parents and put in a prison for dangerous kids. Couldn't wait for next installment to find out what happens to these kids. My teenage daughter and I both enjoyed this book. Read more
Review:I found this book both entertaining and thought-provoking and would highly recommend it to anyone craving a page turner that doubles as an excellent conversation starter (...have you read....?)
At some points overly simplistic and uneven, “The Power” still provides readers with an interesting take on transformative power. Read more
Review:It has repeating chapters that makes enjoying the story really hard in the first few chapters, but I really like the story. Close to like Chaos Seed and End of Online, but in this game-story the MC has a group of friends playing with him who are friends offline also. It has repeating chapters that makes enjoying the story really hard in the first few chapter. . This is a action packed very entertaining story that I hope the Authors continues the story. It has repeating chapters that makes en... Read more
Review:I actually read this book in the wrong order, having picked it up after reading AO: Evolution. Because of that, I went into this book with a fair idea of what to expect, knowing how Riley’s quest would end. It meant that this book felt less inspired than some of Bagwell’s earlier works, and it certainly felt more predictable, but that could very well be due to my own mistakes in reading order.
It was something of a relief to get out of Jason’s head for a while and get to explore some of h... Read more
