Review:Heart of Obsidian by Nalini Singh is the 12th book in her Psy/Changeling series. My favorite book in the series (I love them all), was a tie between Slave to Sensation & Kiss of Snow. Finally, I had some free time to continue reading this fantastic series. And as per usual I really enjoyed reading this story or any story in this series so far. This one was a bit different since we don't get a changeling and psy couple but two changelings trying to find their luck in love. Review:At the risk of sounding like a total fan-girl, I LOVE Nalini Singh's Psy-Changeling series, and this story is no exception. Like it says in the description, this story was first published in the anthology "Burning Up" and I have read it many times. Review:While I love the character of Clay, the female lead Talin ruined the story for me. She was whiny, weak, self-centered and selfish; not someone I would have picked for Clay's mate. Coming after book 3 (the story of Judd and Brenna), the best in the series, the weakness of this story was made very clear. Books 1, 2, 3 and 5 are the best in the series. Read more

Review:I loved this series right up until this book. I usually have a hard time tearing myself away from one of her books, but this time I actually had to force myself to finish it.

While certainly not my favorite thing, I can deal with when a main character gets raped but to last for that length of time and then on top of that not even have Elle really deal with what happend, it makes no sense to me. Review:I love Christine Feehan and have almost all her books. I was looking forward to this book and as soon as it came I put everything aside and started reading it. This was not all about sex although it was in it but it did have a lot of action, which was great. I liked seeing Alonzo and Evangeline's relationship slowly come together.
