Review:Okay, I admit it. When it comes to understanding the importance and methodology of genometic research and its influence on discovering the origins of humans and their long journey from then until now, I am a seething mass of ignorance. Human distribution has always fascinated me but being old I have relied almost exclusively on physical (archeology) evidence. The old saying that old dogs cannot learn new tricks is a complete myth and the same hold true that the understanding and acquisition o... Read more
Review:I highly recommend this book. As a physician, I received very little training on nutrition beyond the simple "calories in / calories out" concept, with a minor focus on what the composition actually looked like. As a 58 year-old male baby boomer, I welcome the opportunity to think of death as something I can delay (until and if I decide I am ready to "go") and I embrace their thesis that I don't have to decline along the way. Instead of waiting for, indeed expecting, disease and degeneration of my quality of life, they have given me well-researched, carefully documented, clearly describ... Read more
Review:I found the book very fascinating. The possibilities with this discovery are unlimited. I found myself not wanting to put the book down. Some of the more technical aspects needed to be explained better for the average person to understand. Read more
