Review:Loved early Roth (Goodbye Columbus etc.) but he has been going straight downhill for several years. This misshapen thing is terrible -- not least because of the cardboard cutout cliche Vietnam veteran character. A beginning writer would cringe at stooping so low; from one of America's previously better novelists it is appalling. Review:I loved the other short story ebooks published by J.K. Rowling, but Quidditch Through the Ages disappoints. It could be because it's supposed to be an actual book for wizards by 'Kennilworthy Whisp,' but it dragged on and on about history, teams, plays, etc. etc. I thought, "Okay, you can stop making stuff up now." Review:Purchased this for two friends having babies. Beware that this book devotes a chapter to “S#@T, I’m Pregant”, and has some very crude profanity sprinkled within the activity book-not a book for all mothers. I was very disappointed because the humor was definitely there and could have been just as funny without the language in big bold lettering with comic style additions. Review:Purchased this for an expecting friend. Love how it starts from the beginning of the couples relationship to the forming of the family and then going off into baby's first and second year. The organization of the book is great and it is super easy to fill out and create memories. I also like the fact that it is for mom AND dad not just mom to be. I do wish there was a little more on the background of couple, that way baby can read later on about their paren'ts story as well. Read more

Review:This is a wonderful book for everyone. The mystery is intriguing and so are the characters. They all add their special brand of humor and vitality to the book. The animals are always a step ahead of the humans in finding out who the murderer is although they don't have time to figure it out themselves.
