A Memory Book for the Modern Family - When We Became Three

Purchased this for an expecting friend. Love how it starts from the beginning of the couples relationship to the forming of the family and then going off into baby's first and second year. The organization of the book is great and it is super easy to fill out and create memories. I also like the fact that it is for mom AND dad not just mom to be. I do wish there was a little more on the background of couple, that way baby can read later on about their paren'ts story as well.

Disappointing, cheesy questions, lots of grammatical errors (which drives me insane!) and I don't like that it's check the box, I fill it out now and then but I don't enjoy it, however I bought it and can't return it so it's a waste otherwise. There are so many better books out there, I wouldn't recommend it to friends or family.

I thought this little book would be a perfect item for new parents. It doesn't take a lot of time to fill as the writer sets up the book so you can answer questions based on the beginning of the, "event" onward. I purchased this as a gift for a very busy couple and thought it was a nice way to create a memory book for down the road when their child is much older. I think it's a great item yet as I said it was a gift and no real comment was made yay or nay on the item.

I love this very insightful and non cookie-cutter 'baby book' / memory book! I'm not very craftsy at all so this type of memory book is perfect for me without feeling pressured to cut and glue and spend a ton of money on crafts materials. Jill's book is filled with humor and insight that, I think every parent needs. I also loved how Dad is very much included in this book, making it less baby/child and mom-centric, as with most other memory books / scrapbooks. This is just a joy to fill out and read!
