Khaled used his mind to drive him to never fail to push his talents inside those doors. Review:My son is a beginner (just started this past summer) but learns very quickly. He wanted to learn to play songs like Fur Elise and others but I didn't want him having versions that were too easy because I feel that you won't get better if you're not challenged. This book is a little bit more advanced than where he's at but he's enjoying at least learning the right hand. It'll be a great book for him to grow into and play out of for a couple of years. Review:This book was much more about the authors broad generalization and view of the Southern US, sometimes misguided, than it ever was about James Brown. I couldn't finish it after 2/3rds complete, I tried to push through it. The little bit of info actually gleaned on James Browns life can easily be found on Wikipedia. I'm more disappointed in my favorite magazine which recommended the book. Maybe they owed him a favor. Do yourself one... Read more
