Review:I really like Erika Jayne, but this book was incredibly uninteresting (for a book about someone interesting). I had extremely high expectations for this book that totally collapsed after the first 3 dreary chapters. Save your money and just watch RHOBH. Read more
Review:This book surprised me by the depth of information it provided into a L.A. Gangster's life. I found myself switching back and forth from calling him a idiot punk to being very proud of some of the better decisions that he made. God must have been on this man's side for him to have come out of his youthful actions without having done hard prison time or dying. Thank God for the angels watching over ICE-T - I never knew a thing about him and really didn't like rap at all but now I think I get so... Read more
Review:Elizabeth Vargas honestly and openly tells her story of anxiety and alcoholism . Not easily overcoming her addiction, she is in and out of rehab several times, finally beating her addiction. She gives inside information of her struggles and victories in the news business as well. A great read! Read more
Review:Good description of his friends/lovers/wives but no dirt shoveled in this book. Which is refreshing. His descriptions are insightful and gives you an idea what the end of the Golden Era of the big studios was like. Thank you Mr. Wagner! Read more
Review:The bigger the mirror, the clearer the big picture, I say. Thank you, Chrissy Metz, for speaking to my heart and soul. We are kindred spirits, in many ways. I feel gifted by your generosity of honesty and insights. Keep it real. ??? Read more
Review:I love Bryan Cranston the actor, and the reviews were so good for this that my expectations were really high. This did not live up to those expectations, but I still liked it. There were many funny anecdotes. It was not as moving as I had expected. Also, I felt like I never really got to know Cranston as deeply as I did in great entertainer memoirs like the ones by Rob Lowe, Billy Crystal, and Kate Mulgrew. I love Cranston's voice, so it made a good audiobook, but this felt like he was reading a... Read more
Review:Not only have I read this wonderfully funny, inspirational book by Melissa, I have had the chance to have a one-on-one sit down conversation with her before she spoke to a group of ladies. She is a down to earth wife, mom and Christian that faces the same everyday struggles we all find ourselves dealing with. What is so awesome about Melissa you ask? She was brave enough to face her struggles head on and then was brave enough again to share her story with anyone that would listen. You can lear... Read more
Review:Interesting book and perspective but made me not like Nelle Harper so much...she had so many gifts...too bad she was so reticent to share them with everyone who admired her and loved her To Kill a Mockingbird....which was very much an autobiography in my opinion. Read more

Review:What a lovely and timeless book. Anne Morrow Lindbergh enjoys two weeks of solitude on an island off of Florida (I so want to do that.). During her time there, she walked the shoreline and collected various shells. With each shell, she explores a woman’s life in transition--of women trying, and needing, to rediscover their center.
Lindbergh reminds us to slow down. She suggests that women are pulled in so many different directions with ever-widening circles of contact and communication th... Read more
