A Single Dad & A Virgin Romance (Lucky Flats Ranchers Book 1)

What an absolutely great afternoon read. I loved the story, the characters and everything just flowed so nicely and the best part was so many smiles. I especially liked the way the vet dealt with the situation...twisted that bad boy right around her finger and got exactly what she wanted - a HEA.

Piper Sullivan always comes up with the best characters who enchant you and pull you right into the story. There is plenty of push-pull, lots of laughs along with a strong female lead in a man's world....but she kept her feminine. Loved it and would recommend it to anyone who wants to step away from the day-to-day drama into the world of possibilities and hunky guys who have smart mammas.

Having your first crush when you was younger is always hard especially if he is your brother’s best friend. Then you go away for school and come back and that man help you with some hours you need to make for your schooling. But your feeling are still there but stronger as you have grown up to be a sexy woman yourself. He needed you help and you agreed but then things got really hot and heavy between you both. Your feeling took the better of you and you said those 3 little words but he said nothing. Your hurt and mad at yourself for allowing yourself to have fallen so deep for knowing that nothing might happen between you both. But she made a promise to help him and she will keep and only be near him when needed. Time pass and more things happen between them but the last time hurt her because he up and left without a word. He try calling and texting but she had things to figure and soon she will have to talk to him about it. However he had a big night that she would need to be there for because of the promise she made. She told him the would have to talk and he agree. Before she had a chance to talk to him he said a few words to her that turned her life forever.
This was a great read and we’ll written. Grab you copy and see what happens.

This book is a steamy western single dad romance with humour, romance & hot scenes.
Sage has been in love with her brothers best friend Mason since the age of 6. When he asks her to pretend to be his Fiancee she accepts & sees this as her chance to make him fall in love with her.
Unfortunately Mason has decided that he will never fall in love or marry again as he has been hurt in the past.
The two characters actually drove me crazy with their stubbornness & unwillingness to listen to the advice of the other characters especially Mason!!

Really enjoyed this book. It was a quick read but a very satisfying read! I was hooked from the beginning all the way through. It was hard not to fall in love with Mason and Sage, and Lily too. It was such a sweet story and I just love me some good ole cowboys!! A must read to me!!

I love a brother’s best friend romance! Sage and Mason’s story does not disappoint! A super cute and fast read! These two have so much chemistry! I really enjoyed reading this book! I definitely recommend it. Can’t wait for the next book!

Great Book! This book is very well written. It is a quick and sweet/heart warming read. I loved Mason and Sage together. I smiled through most of the book. It was nice to read a book that wasn't all drama. Looking forward to reading more from this author. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
