Review:I had read the venom series before this too. They stand independently of each other with minimal cross over. This original book in the series drew me in but the next book was even more captivating. I can barely wait for the 3rd to come out next month with a possible 4th book in the fall! Read more
Review:This book was surprising in that I wondered how the author could make the female lead sympathic to the reader. In the beginning you know that Dakota was married to Sam and walked away from their marriage taking 1 million dollars in payment from her father-in-law who didn't want her married to his son. Dakota didn't have the status and come from wealth like Sam did, but Sam loved her because Dakota didn't care about Sam's family's wealth. He wanted someone who loved him for himself, but Dakota le... Read more
Review:A beautiful erotic short story. Quick read ... Well written and always an element of surprise. The ending left me anxious for the next book in the story. I will look forward to reading more from Lucia Jordan. Read more

Review:Overall it was an ok read. There were a few errors in there but nothing too bad. The flow of the story just wasn't consistent to me. It was a hot sentence followed with warm flutter and unnecessary extras that took away from the story for me. I read everything from romance to erotica to smut (lol), this feels like a romance writer trying to do erotica but just couldn't stick to it. For others this may have been great but for me....not so. Review:I have to be honest, this book was painful to read. There was such an OVERWHELMING amount of typos, grammatical mistakes, and editing gaffes, that I don't know where to begin to detail them all.
This book read like a rough draft. Clearly, the author's beta team, editors, and proofreaders let her down in a very big way. Yes, I know that no book out there is perfect, no manuscript is without error. However, I highlighted 65+ mistakes in this book. And I have NO copy editing or proofreading ... Read more
