Ok, Ruby Dixon isn't Octavia Butler or Frank Herbert. But I have to say. She creates a really awesome story. The world she creates is so very interesting. I really do look forward to work. I find that the shift in the overall world is exciting and I'm really looking for what's to come. Some of the plot just seemed a little to easily resolved, but still plausible... as plausible as random women kicking it on an ice planet with big horned blue barbarians can be. Lol. I really recommend this book. It was a great continuation to a nice body of work so far. It would be funny if shifters just happened to show up. Lol! You'll understand when you read the book. :D

Cheers to this one!! I laughed & cried! So excited! & I knew Bek was a smart Dude! Lol! I love it! I love Farli. Such a good girl to want to leave with him...ah my heart melted! Somehow I knew he would stay but I scared out of my mind that he wouldn't. Wow!!! That's all I have. Please hurry with Bek's book.
I love that the captain & Tarkan gave him final good words. That was too awesome.
Dang I'm hooked!! Big time fan of Ruby Dixon!
I suggest this series plus u should read Fire In The Blood - a post apocalyptic Dragon Shifter Romance. Really really good too.

As usual, I loved the newest book in the Barbarian series. There is something about Farli that is just so refreshing and wonderful. I didn't see this new scenario occurring, but, of course, Ruby Dixon made it work perfectly. I was on tenterhooks wondering how it was all going to work out. Thank goodness Murdok made the right decision. I was surprised the older female didn't stay with an older hunter. So, are some new stolen females going to show up? Is the person who made that particular deal going to get in trouble?

So hooked on this series. Not only is the author, Ms. Dixon a fine writer, she's very prolific too. She's a machine! Just cranking out Ice Planet Barbarian crack just when I need another hit!
I love that Farli's story took a different road with a totally unexpected love interest. Murdock is just the breath of fresh air that the tribe needs. I thought that the whole tribe was a little too accepting or should I say unexcited about the fact that aliens that looked like them had appeared on their planet. And what was up with Niri? What was her issue and why weren't one of the bachelor elders trying to make her acquaintance...Vasa?? All in all, this was a good book and a great read. On to the next one Ruby Dixon! Alright, take a sip of Sah-sah and the get to it ?

Somehow I knew there was more to Farli than innocent curiosity shown in other books. Farli is a pure freak! Lol she was ready for the furs immediately! I enjoyed seeing her naughty grown up side. So surprised with all the new kits and new characters, but I loved it Ruby! Can't wait for more as usual.

I love the addition of current Sahk people to the story. It brings a greater depth and breadth to the world we have so far experienced. I also really appreciate the letter Ruby writes at the end of each book. It is a wonderful personal touch that lets us peek behind the curtain so to speak.

This is an amazing world with interesting characters all of which interact in each book. This will only make sense if you read in order. All are available on KU. This author is excellent in world building and expanding language and relationships in each book. Theater is humor, angst, and resolution to each book. Join in the fun by starting to read or finishing the last book with more to come.

I have read all of your Barbarians books including the novellas. I enjoy them very much and just can't wait for the next one to come out.
I really liked that an offworlder got involved with the last matable young lady at this time. That made for an interesting read. You have given all of us readers a very good series and I for one am glad that you plan to keep it going. Thank you for writing these excellent books and keep up the good work.

Perfect ending to this part of the series. I love how the old ways and the new ways match up with Farlie and Murdock. It brings new blood and news of the outside world. The writer uses this to set up for new mates to be brought. I can't wait for the next one

Love my Ice Planet Blue Barbarians! Although other Authors try to duplicate them only Ms. Dixon can make them come alive in her books and our minds. Loved the new twist on things and How Mardok & Farli fall in love. I can't wait to see how Bek's wheelin & dealin' has prospered!
This series is never a disappointment and ALWAYS a GREAT READ!

For regular readers of the series...some spoilers for earlier works.
I was a little worried about how a book about someone I've "watched grow up" was going to be played out. I worried I would be a little skeeved out and not able to view Farli as an adult woman, but it was handled very well. I have managed to live my whole life without being that girl that cried over the least little thing, but right now we have a three book crying streak going on. It started with Stacy and Pashov, Asha, and now Farli....you're killing me Ruby Dixon!

Eep! I've been following this series since the beginning and I was so excited to read Farli's story. I am dubious about how to feel at the ending with Bek and his scheming but I have faith and trust in this author...she weaves a fantastic tale!

Ruby Dixon certainly is full of surprises. Farlai is of age and she meets the man who makes her resonate, too bad he isn't from the tribe. Could the tribe be in danger of more visitors? Or are they safe because the planet is inhospitable? Read on if you love a ggod alien series.

Each book just gets so good! Totally did not expect the plot. It had me so absorbed in it. I started reading it today before work. During work, I must have snuck away so often to take a restroom "reading" break, my co-workers must thing I have a UTI. Lol. Now that I'm done reading, I just want to read it again. Can't recommend it enough.

Glad to finally get Farli's story. Wonderful, warm read from beginning to end. Highly recommended. Mardock became a better male than he thought possible, in a very short time. Some of the hunters became bad, bad boys at the end, though. OMW, what will happen next?!

FArly's story was very interesting with a twist, very interesting with a little of a back story as what they are and how there original planet is. I highly recommended, and I cant wait for the next one with Bek's influence in the installment and Ruby doesn't diasapont by not making us wait for a lonng time for the next book,

I love that Ruby Dixon has transitioned us into full on alien on alien romance ;) Although I think future books will be back to human, either is fine with me because of how well she writes. She captured the characters so well in this, I read this so hungrily and quickly I can't believe it. Can't wait for more!

I absolutely cannot get enough of this series!!! Farli's book is, perhaps, my favorite. Her natural innocence, paired with her bright spirit and big heart. The humor at times had me laughing with tears as they joked about how ugly the humans were. Adored this.

Wow wow it was so funny. Loved the new character. He's perfect for Farlii. When your exposed to a new language, you become better at pronouncing the words. Especially if there common words everyone uses. Lovely series. Love the story and will be getting all the rest. It's nice to read a fresh idea

Farli's story is amazing!! It should definitely be read in the order of the series, because there's so much back story to know to make sense of what's happening! Love this series and I'm excited to read what happens next!!

So in love with these characters and enjoyed the way you brought new characters to the story. I can only hope and pray that other fans continue to read this series....oh and you continue to write their stories! Looking forward to more twists and turns while still staying true to who they are. So happy that Farli stayed!

I love this series of books. I have followed them from the beginning and watched sweet Farli grow up. I had a feeling that Ruby was going to bring new characters into the series. I highly recommend you read this series. And I think you will be as addicted to them as I am.

I liked that this book was different. The way they came together was sweet. And I am looking forward to more books in this series. The sex in this book was a bit too underwhelming. I wanted more excitement. But overall it was enjoyable just like the rest of the series.

This is a pretty sweet romance where Farali gets her own story.
She, as always, steals the show with her joy and resourcefulness.
The hero is a tortured soul. I enjoyed the culture clashes and see the cast of characters from the series.

This was absolutely amazing. I keep thinking that a book is the best and then Dixon comes and blows me away. Farli and Mardok kept me on my toes; I wasn't sure how their story would end. I bit my nails through most of it, cried through a good portion and screamed at the ending. As the series progressed, Dixon truly built up the tribe from the slightly bare bones presented in the beginning books. She certainly did not fall victim to the 3 book curse and I will keep an eye out for book 13.

Ruby...Ruby...Ruby. You did it again. It's wonderful to see into Farli's heart. But I will say it seemed a bit less deep on the hero's side. I'm left longing for more information and miss a bit of the feels I usually get. That's ok though. Can't wait for more.

This is one of my favorite series. A light hearted, fun read that puts a smile on my face. I do not know what other names Ms. Dixon writes under but I believe I have read her books. She's just too good a storyteller to miss.

??Thank you so much Ruby for creating these wonderful stories!!! This one has to be one of my favorites, I'm so happy someone from home world is on Not-Hoth, I thought it was forgotten when Harlow mentioned something off with the Elders Caves computer....Looking forward to getting more answers on what happened to the original members that crash landed, and hopefully in future books they can have a little technology thrown in. I'm patiently waiting for book 13!

Great story with hard choices and how mental gangs influences those choices. Story woven with understanding. Innocence does not mean stupid or gullible, just like hard and selfish is bad. Checkout how these play out in the story.

This series is getting better & better and Farli and Mardok's story is quite lovely. Mardok's story as a prior military guy brings back memories for me from being active duty many years ago. Great HEA!!!

Really enjoyed the story. I didn't miss the " house" vs " howse" thing. I did notice it but as you pointed out, the story worked just fine.
I look forward to the next book and the next.....
Any new readers , you will enjoy this series and get caught up in their lives and world.

Great addition to the series, I've always loved Farli and honestly it's a bit odd to see her as an adult, but I loved her story. I loved Mardok, his hesitance was so endearing and it's so interesting to see the sakhui's more technologically savvy relatives! I can't wait to see what the next book will bring, Ruby Dixon is amazing!!

Just adored Farli"s story!!! Right from the beginning it was different from the others, totally unique just as the character Farli is herself. Ruby Dixon has outdone herself with this one!!! A must read!!

I really wanted Farli to have an amazing hero. For some reason I didn't fully connect with the one she got, Mardok. He didn't seem very alpha and he pushed away.. those just kinda hurt. But I love this series so much. I absolutely adore how this tribe is such a fabulous family. I also really cherished the ending . So glad he stepped up. Also it left room with what Bek does to really open so many doors for future stories..
