Recommend reading Prison Planet Barbarian's first because they are related and this is the second book. Loosely related to Ice Planet Barbarians but is a spin off series. Love this author! All her books so far are great ?? Also, there is no bondage stuff in this beautiful ok, Ruby just uses/edits stock photos for her cover and liked this image. The belt & tattoo are not in the book! ?

This is a fun, short novel. The hero is charming. The heroine is spunky without being hard headed. The dialogue has humour, and the plot has enough heat and tension to be interesting. I am definitely reading more in this series.

I loved it. Space Pirates, check! Fancy clothes, check! Saucy Heroine and sexy Hero, check! I love seeing the big blue aliens in their technologically advanced setting- so much fun to compare to the ice planet barbarians. I love all her books - one of my favorite authors.

A quick novella for an afternoon. It was cute & funny. I'd love to see one of those shirts in person. I don't like spoilers so all I'm going to say is a girl goes crazy for a sharp dressed big blue pirate.

I love that Ruby releases her books on KU. It's the only way I'm able to read them.

Really enjoyed this story. It was a fast read and there was quite a bit of telling instead of showing toward the end, but I'm still giving it a 5 star rating because it kept me interested and had a satisfying ending.

Great spin off story - well not quite a real spin off but the hot blue male is the same species as in Ice Planet. Kivian and Fran, what a hot, lovely story. I just love how the love story is build and how much the characters are attracted and interact with each other.

This was such a wonderful and creative book. I loved the storyline and new characters. You have such an imagination and talent. Each book you write I'm addicted too. I wouldn't change a thing! I only wished time would stop in between your releases! Lol

Once again Ms. Dixon gives us an interesting story with wonderful characters in an exciting alien world. There is no cheating, no undue angst nor a cliffhanger. We do get an adventurous romance that satisfies, a HEA and an epilogue. I just love her books.

Excellent as always. I love Ruby Dixon's books. Kivian was so sweet and patient with Fran. I almost wished he would be just a bit more pushy.I tend to lean toward alpha males, so Kivian's way of dealing with Fran was different, but still amazing.

Yay. I'm so excited!! Ruby is starting another series!! If you haven't read any of her books, you have to start!! This one was so fun and entertaining, and believe me when I say, once you start her books, they are had to put down...enjoy!!

I'm definitely loving this series by Ruby Dixon. I have her on auto-borrow on Kindle Unlimited and was not disappointed with The Corsair's Captive. Loved it so much, I'm returning it and purchased a copy for my forever virtual bookshelf.

Abduction romance with feisty human woman are just the best. He is huge, blue, and has horns. His culture doesn't do much touching but he likes touching Fran. She wanted to go back to Earth...maybe. It was a quick read but great story.

Good reads. I liked how the characters meet and evolve into the romance. Not the usual abducted romance. It was fun to read and look foreword to the other and new novels. I recommend reading this book.

If you've read her Ice Planet Barbarians series, you know the blue guys. If you haven't, you don't need to. You'll get to know them now. I loved this story. Kivian is hilarious and hot. My favorite combo.

I loved this adventure. I forgot about the ice planet so I'm going to re read it. I liked Kiv a lot and Fran was so sassy. Overall this is different than the ice planet and I really am happy about that.

I just love Ms. Dixon and her imagination! Her books are always entertaining and this one followed through on my expectations. The lead characters are enticing and lead me into their world and I liked it!!!

This new series allows for a fresh start from the prior series.... which is not actually needed! It carries on with a group of guys that are understandable and heroines that are relatable! Will continue to read this author's series which do not fall into a cookie cutter format! Great books!!!
