J.D. Robb IN Death COLLECTION books 26-29

First, I have bought in consecutive order books 1-29. I have read every single on and love them! I just love how JD Robb brings the characters to life. I can almost picture the faces Eve makes when she is saying something sarcastic. I love how the relationships between Eve and Roarke are coming along as well! Now on to books 30-34!!

I have read all of the In Death books and recommend them to everyone. Great reading. Really enjoying that each book is a different story but Eve & Roarke with their friends & family are the core.

This is a series that I NEVER get tired of reading...over...and over again. There is nothing like a full novel written by Nora Roberts to make for an entertainingly scrumptious story that pulls you in and makes you feel homesick in between installments. And, when that installment comes out and you finally have a chance to read it, your back at home with life, death, intrigue and love.

You gotta love Roberts. She makes the best characters and stories.

Also, let me say that Susan Erickson's right on, talented and engrossing professional narration of Roberts' books is like icing on the cake. If you love the book, try it again with the audio enhancements...truly entertaining!

I love these books so much I have a hard time putting them down. Also then have to force myself to not read so fast as many of them are fairly short.
I love all the characters and that they are in each book. I am getting afraid because I might run out of books. Write quickly please JD Robb!

I must agree with G.B.s review. There is no savings in buying this format over one at a time novels. It is easier to find and reread your favorite stories in single formats.
I have every Robb, including short stories. I have reread the entire series in order more than once. And others that are faves more often. I do have her first 5 of these combos but find them difficult to deal with. I've gone back to buying individual novels and am waiting impatiently for the next Eve and Roarke.

Whether she is writing under her name or JD Robb, Nora Roberts writes with just enough detail, but keeping the story moving with her action or the relationship that is pivotal to this series, there is no one else like her. She inspires me with all of her books.

Any of these books in that series is well worth the time to read. Eve Dallas is one Tuff cop.. and with her Hubby to help out on the sidelines makes for super good reading.. Love scenes with Eve and Roarke are well lets say... they are steamy....

I love all of the books about Eve Dallas. Nora does great job of making them believable and interesting. I still prefer to use my own imagination for sex scenes but those are easily skipped so I can get on with the story.

I really enjoy the "Death" series. I think it is well written and keeps moving the story along. There have been many nights when I can't put the book down. I like the twists and turns in every story line, just when you think you know what will happen something else happens. Great stories!

Even more action with Dallas and Roark in this multi-book collection as they bring murderers to justice. Along the way, we see family and friends soften Eve's rough edges as she learns to give and accept love and friendship.
