Disappointing. I thought this book would be like the Statehood Quarter book where you can view both sides. This book only has the round slot where you press the coin in & it can only be viewed from one side. I purchased this as a gift and found it to be on the cheap side.

There are some nice features to this collector's folder, but be forewarned to wear gloves when handling it or suffer the consequences of an attractive folder covered with your fingerprints. I bought this for my grandson, but upon receiving it realized that it would look terrible in no time in the hands of a child. He will be getting a different folder for the set of pennies I've put together for him.

1909-1958 official Whitmans Lincoln cents collection folder. I was skeptical at first on purchasing any Whitmans folder as several previous reviews were stating it was difficult to insert the coins. However, after receiving I had tried inserting several cents into the folder and they went in pretty easily. If you put one side of the coin down into the insertion and then push slightly on the opposite side it should go in with ease. With the folder being hard covered it should last a long time.

I really like this penny book because you can have all your coins in the book. The pennies do fit tight and I even use a spoon and a paper towel to put them in but at least you don't have to worry about them falling out.

Save your money. After have to jam several coins into the book which required so much pressure that the cardboard around the hole wrinkled, I decided it wasn't worth the effort. The holes are too small. Even if you manage to jam one in there, it does not look nice, because the material is wrinkled or bunched on one side. Horrible! Don't bother. I am currently pulling my coins out of the book and buying a different brand.
