The Fiery Heart

I loved this their installment of the Sage family drama. Still moving forward in her friendship and love affair with the dhampir and moroi Adrian, Sydney Sage tries to keep the peace and develop a budding romance and help a troubled sister.

The writing was as smooth as previous books; Fast pace and edge of seat.

Slow lead up. Heavy on the melodrama but ultimately a thoughtful and engaging storyline. I like how the setting of the group at the school is finally disrupted. This offers some interesting cinematic imagery to the reader.

The author has shown her ability to devlop her characters. While the twists and turns are occasionally expected, she weaves her stories well. My teen boys have read tthe books and did not get bored in the love story, that says a lot for this mom.

Book cover had sticky residue on cover from a pulled off price sticker. Came off with a bit of work. My biggest complaint is that the book has a remainder mark. This should have been noted in the description. It might still be considered "brand new" to some but I wouldn't have got it had I known.

I loved the format of this book. The chapters from Adrian's & Sydney's perspectives was a great change! I enjoyed finally getting to see the world from Adrian's perspective. We actually got to see how he operates. Experiencing his feelings and thoughts made this book richer than the rest and my favorite of the Bloodlines series, Now I just have to wait for the next book and continue where the story left off! I hope the next book follows the same format as The Fiery Heart!

I have to say, I love anything written by Richelle Mead. I started reading her series, The Vampire Academy, and I could not resist this series. Sidney's story has always been very intriguing and Richelle did not disappoint with this series continuing her story.

Loveeeeee this book so much!!!! Love Sydney and Adrian. They are so perfect together. I can't wait until the next book comes out. Like I really don't think I can wait that long. Can't wait to read how Sydney shows everyone that they are wrong. And how she beats the alchemists and especially her father. He annoys me so much. But all in all just can't wait until it cones out :))))

Richelle Mead always brings her readers to the height of pleasure. I already had a love for Adrian from his place in the Vampire Academy Series. But now, in Fiery Hearts, he's compelled me deeply. The first books of this series was awesome, but this one, well... It's a must read. And now even more, I anxious of February 14, 2014 to arrive, so that I can see my favorite characters in life form, watching the Vampire Academy Movie.

Another great installment in the Bloodlines series. I love the relationship between Sydney and Adrian. As always Richelle Mead has written a novel that leaves you wanting more. I can't wait for the next installment in this series.

This is the fourth book of the Bloodline series by Rachelle Mead. I thoroughly enjoyed this book and this series. I read all of the Vampire Academy books as well. As a writer, Rachelle Mead gets better and better with each progressive book. Can hardly wait till the next book...

I Loved this book! It was heart wrenchingly good. I couldn't read it fast enough. Can't wait for Silver Shadows...hoping that one ends a little more happily! I have never wanted two people together more than Adrian and Sydney!

LOVED it!!! This series is so much more complex than the Vampire Academy. I was actually sad when the book ended because I could have read for so much longer. This is the best installment thus far in the Bloodlines series as well. I couldn't help but want to cheer for Adrian and Sydney and (spoiler alert) want for him to desperately find her.

This amazing story is wrapping up fast. I loved to be able to be inside Adrian's head and to see the romance build so much! Not only between the main characters but the entire gruop. If you know Richelle you know you are up to another series of "WTF" moments epic twist and toe curling cliffhangers! Another incredibly awesome book by the most incredibly awesome writter.

This was absolutely fantastic! I love getting to know Sydney better. I wasn't always thrilled with the shifts in perspective. I understand why it needed to be done but it wasn't quite how I would have pictured the inside of Adrian's head. Still, it was a great read!

i like the way it describes the tension between the alchemist and vampire communities as they struggle to maintain their relationship, although i am disappointed at how the alchemists are described as the evil heartless group they are when in the vampire academy, they are an innocent group that work only to please without any secret agendas that want you to throw a brick at Sydneys fathers head.

Bought this for my wife who loves her vampire books. She cannot stop raving about this series, I purchased both this book and The Indigo Spell for her at the same time (she already had the rest of the series). She read both books completely on the same day, then complained how she has to wait for the next. All signs of a great book to me.
