The Authors seem intent on scarring children with unnecessary, graphic descriptions of dogs dying in this post apocalyptic world fit for neither man nor beast. This series is written by a collaboration of authors who each seem to delight in one upping each another in the telling of this morbid tale.

Great storyline! I didn't think the dog series instead of cats would be that great, but this was impressive! But as always it ends with a cliffhanger. I really was impressed with the plot of suspense, you can really feel what lucky is going through!I hope Erin Hunter keeps up the good work!
If you really liked warriors, this could be your next series to get hooked into. I recommend these books for 10-14 year olds.

This was a really interesting book full of treachery and the occasional death. I would give the book a 5 star rating if there weren't so many uneventful spaces in the book. But I loved it you will to, promise, no doubt. If you like action, adventure, and another series of Erin Hunters, GET THE BOOK OR you'll NEVER KNOW ABOUT THIS BOOK! ;)
DANCE WITH THE ENEMY a gripping thriller full of suspense and twists (Enemy series Book 1) :: Omega Force: The Enemy Within (OF4) :: gripping thriller full of action and suspense (Enemy Series Book 3) :: Enemies (The Girl in the Box Book 7) :: The Poisoner's Enemy (a Kingfountain prequel) (The Kingfountain Series)

Greetings. I am Wolfstorm of ThunderClan. Even though dogs are emenies to us cats, I really enjoyed this book. It was amazing! It made me really emotional at times. (Spoiler!) I was so sad when Alfie died, and I punched a pillow pretending it was Whine. The fight scene with Lucky and Snap was very similar to Warriors, except the rest of the pack was WATCHING instead of fighting too. The cliff hanger at the end made me so excited, it's like,"No! Alpha's gonna kill Lucky!" I'm really excited for the third book to come out.
"I'm coming, Emberstar!" I'm needed on border patrol. May StarClan light your path!

Great read and exploration of morality and ethics. Lucky is put into a no-win situation and has to deal with a wide range of emotions. Great character development and sense of danger as the dogs continue to adapt to the perils of the Growl. Can't wait to read book 3.

This major cliff hanger was full of suspence and left me on edge at the end of every page! I fell in love with the pack and even the most unpleasant members of this group of dogs. Though the loving kind characters we came to know from the first book I felt that the change was nice.

"Erin Hunter" dd an absolutely wonderful job kn this book and I'm excited to see wat new surprises she a in store for us in the third book! I know that I will certainly be pre-ordering the third book!

At the beginning of this book series I was unsure if I was going to like it. It seemed a little hard to get used to the way the author made the dogs describe things. Now, it's a page turner and I'm ordering book 3 as soon as I complete this review.
