Out! The good, the bad, and the ugly always finds itself up front. We are all easy to believe all the bad but every once in awhile the good comes to light. Loved this story. This is a fantastic read.

One of my favorite writers. Once I am finished with the book, I become anxious for the next book in this serious.
The book hit very close to home for me, as I have dealt with alcoholism and Oxycontin addiction in my family. Thankfully this had a happily ever after ending. I am soooo looking forward to the next book in the billionaire series and am hoping for more in the series to me

it was amazing
I knew that Xander's book would be a mix of sad, raw emotions and some hope. What I wasn't expecting was the other side which would bring even more of the same. I was drawn into this story and held captive till I finished it, these characters have been to hell and are just finding starting to find some light. It isn't just Xander who has suffered trauma, though his battle was intensified by the drugs and alcohol abuse he used to forget and help with the pain. Sam is so strong on the surface and supportive even though she can kick his butt if needed, but she has her own troubles. This story is raw and deep, there is sensitivity and understanding plus overwhelming support from the other Sinclair's. I can imagine this being a painful book to write, getting an even balance with the pain but also making sure there are some lighter moments to break it up, Jan has done a fantastic job doing that. I would have liked some of the cake recipe's at the end of this they sounded delicious and I would have liked to make them myself, she had me craving them just from the descriptions. I love this family and this town they live in it sounds just the sort of place I would love to live and mix with people like these. This story was real, it had elements that reach out to me and had me hurting for both characters as well as hoping they would both come through the other side stronger and happier for all they had gone through. I also felt for the author I know she had her own pain while writing this and some of that comes through in the writing, but she did an amazing job and I know this book will do well for her and she deserves it too.

Pretty formula. My biggest objection is you can hardly turn a page without a profanity or swear word. For a Doctorate and guy raised with a silver spoon in his mouth they both speak like they were raised in the ghetto. I got really old, the same words over and over. Get a thesaurus.

Another great addition to the series. Well written, great character development and awesome steamy scenes. I love this series and look forward to all of J. S. Scott's books. How about a follow up on all of them and their lives.

A wonderful story about heartbreak recovery and finding happiness after so much pain. J.S. Scott never fails to pull you into the lives of her wonderful characters. Xander and Samantha are one of her best.
