Loved the pace of the book, finished it within two days! Would've been done sooner had work not got in my way. Loved the idea of a twin switcharoo and her being in disguise. It's a great start to the series!

A PERFECT way to start this series!
I loved everything about this book. Everything. There are so many different personalities in here, and it still has that underlying "Kylie-humor" that I totally get and love.
As usual, I was sucked in from the beginning. Having read most of the previous series where most of these characters were introduced (though NOT necessary to enjoy this book), I couldn't wait to read what adventures awaited these book club ladies.
Kylie did not disappoint!
In the beginning, when Jake and Josh revealed what they were planning, I was ECSTATIC. I knew this was going to be some story, and I COULD NOT WAIT to see how it unfolded.
And then, when their plot was realized by those involved, the outcome was absolutely worth waiting for. While Claire and Jake get their Happily Ever After, Kylie left the door wiiiiiiide open for not only the next book, but the rest of the series. I don't know about you, but I'm in this one for the long haul!

Really enjoyed this....maincharacters set up on a blind date pretend to be other people...
Huge group of friends...I really would LOVE to be in Claire's book club and to watch the basketball games with the Found Boys.
If you're looking for a summer read that offers the promise of staying close to characters you can relate to, this is a great book to read.

Jake and Josh are always changing places when the other twin is better at it than the other one. This time Jake wants a girl next door type of date and Josh gets set up on a date by Claire (who he is secretly attracted to) . Claire has a dating business called Love Junkies and she has a gal that wants to date an ordinary guy. With the brothers switching places and the gal hiding her true identity, the story keeps getting interesting. You will love this story as much ad I did.

Hidden Hollywood is the beginning of yet another great series by Kylie Gilmore! The characters are great; with a sense of family among them right from the start. I loved the storyline and the classic twin switch was amazing!!!! I can't wait to read the rest of the series!

Jake and Claire start off by pretending to be someone else. But it backfires on them and almost causes them from finding real happiness. The is a great book and a great beginning to a new series. Look forward to reading the rest. I received an ARC for my honest review.

Hidden Hollywood is the start of a fantastic new series by the wonderful Kylie Gilmore and starts of with a corker of a book, involving an actress and billionaire who might be able to fake their identities but they can’t fake their attraction or feelings. Hidden Hollywood is the perfect blend of humour, passion, heart and tender moments that will most definitely leave you with a happy ending.
Claire and Jake have an instant attraction that is more than clear, despite initially meeting under the guises of their fake identities, that instant attraction and lust resulting in a passionate one night. Through the dual perspectives, it is more than clear that while they may be faking their names, they can’t fake the connection they have no matter how hard they try. The sub-characters in this book, especially Jake’s twin Josh and the Happy Endings Book Club, play a key role in developing the two characters to a complex level and stripping their layers to showcase the varying sides of their personalities. Claire and Jake are likeable characters who are both fierce, strong minded characters, but also emotionally vulnerable when it comes to love.
Hidden Hollywood is a relatively light hearted romance with a good steady but at times fast pace that worked well for the book. The book had just enough tension and drama to keep you hanging on to find out how things would work out for the two main characters. Throughout the book we also get a couple of chapters from two other central characters in the book, teasing the readers as to their story that hopefully one day we will get. The book is full of heartwarming characters and it’s always nice to catch up with some familiar faces from other Kylie Gilmore books. The book can be read as a standalone with a HEA.
If you love a happy ending, definitely take a chance on this book and find out how the newest member to the Happy Endings Book Club gets her real life happily ever after!

Hidden Hollywood is the first book in the new Happy Endings Book Club series by Kylie Gilmore. While researching her role for the Fierce Trilogy movies, superstar Claire Jordan never thought she would bond with the author and her romance book club, The Happy Endings Book Club. Claire feels normal with these women and confesses her secret longing to find a regular guy. She was tired of the egocentric wealthy players that she seemed to attract. The book club is willing and ready to help. In disguise as a regular girl, she is all ready for a date with book club approved Josh Campbell.
Billionaire tech CEO Jake Campbell is tired of the gold digging women, especially the glamorous superficial ones. When his identical twin Josh calls in a favor asking Jake to pretend to be him on a date, Jake figures going out with one of Josh’s cute girl-next-door types might be exactly what he needs.
After a wonderful afternoon and one night of passion Jake finds himself wanting more. The problem is this wonderful girl seems to have disappeared. Would he be able to find this girl? Does she want to be found? Will the revealing of true identities ruin or seal the deal for these two.
This was a fun and entertaining story with loveable characters that you want to support and cheer on hoping for that happy ending. The characters were well written and complex. The story line was riveting and kept my attention to the very end. I genuinely enjoyed reading this book and had trouble putting this book down. I highly recommend this book to other readers and can’t wait to read the next book in this series.

I enjoyed this book it was fun, exciting and sexy. Kylie Gilmores writing makes you really care about the characters and want to get to know them.
An "A" List movie star Claire Jordan wants to meet a normal Joe who wants her for her not for who she is.
Jake Campbell wealthy CEO of a tech company is tired of the fake women in his life and wants to meet someone different for once.
Claire's friend Hailey wants to set her up on a blind date. So happens it will be Claire and Jake but pretending to be different people. How well is the date going to go? What happens when they find out their real identities? I loved this book and I highly recommend this book.

A new series from Kylie Gilmore! Jake & Claire were fabulous! Their banter was awesome. The relationships building between the girls from the club was great. The twins were hilarious together. I don't think there was one thing about this book that I did not like. Bought and read in one day! Can't wait for Mad's story!

Will their disguises help or hurt Claire and Jake? When they find out about the others deception will they be able to forgive and forget or will it keep them apart? This is a great story that you will want to read! Also, who turns out to be the "bad" guy?

Superstar Claire Jordan found kindred souls with the fanclub of the book she's adapting for a movie. When she confessed that she wanted to date a normal guy, and she really can't stand her co-star but pretend to date for publicity, the book club came up with a candidate... Josh Campbell, local bar owner, all around good-guy if a bit too charming for his own ego. All Claire needs to do is go in a disguise... and a fake name. Billionaire tech CEO Jake Campbell is weary of gold-diggers. When his twin brother Josh asked him to step in (and pretend to be him for a blind date) so Josh can date someone else (Josh's nemesis, but Josh is pretending to be his brother Jake), Jake couldn't say no, and "Jenny" was everything Jake wanted and they shared a night of passion. It was supposed to be NSA, but Jake needed to see her... except she has no digital footprint anywhere...
As you can probably guess from here, both of them discovered that they were lying to each other... and didn't take long for them to discover their real identities... But how much longer can they keep up the pretense... or do they actually want to? Is there a future between a superstar and a billionaire CEO? Add the parallel romance (Josh and his nemesis turned into lovers) and it's LOL times indeed. If you want a good dose of rom-com including the "twin switcha-roo" as a plot device, you should read this book.
