For those who like a little magic with their romance, this is a really good book. There is just enough romance, magic, and action to keep you interested. The author doesn't repeat what happened earlier unnecessarily, as some romance authors do. I am enjoying this trilogy, as I enjoyed the "Key" trilogy.

This trilogy is one of Nora's best. The characters are so rich in description and the story so entrancing. This trilogy is a must-read for any Nora fan! Book 2, Heaven and Earth, is Ripley's story. She is a tough, independent deputy who learns to embrace her gift and the love and support of her family and friends. Great read!

Although Heaven and Earth, is the second book in the trilogy, you can read this book first and not be lost to the plot line. I love the Three Sisters Island Trilogy and have read it many times! I have it in paperback and on my Kindle, so now I can take my Nora Roberts' books with me everywhere!

Loved the Trilogy! However I just started Dark Witch: Book One of The Cousins O'Dwyer Trilogy and this seems to precede the Three Sister Island Trilogy. Wish I would have known this prior to reading the Cousins one. I would have read Cousins Trilogy first of course. As I continue to read through the Cousins I may see it take a turn that doesn't connect the two at all, but I am 1/4 through the book and so far, it looks like they are connected.
