Very well written, quick read, grabs your attention and keeps it through to the end! I love true stories, it reminds you that you really don't know what goes on behind closed doors, or what someone may be facing,. Of course this could also be a case of mental health issues.

I haven’t seen my own troubled sister in nearly 30 years and this story is similar in that someone can choose to drop off the map for no apparent reason. It almost seemed anticlimactic but life can be like that.

This book drew me in but it ended without shedding any light on anything. I feel bad for the lack of closure and I think the story should have been left untold. I don't think the woman would have wanted this done.

This book I guess started good with a big mystery but then basically just flopped. It makes the ex husband sound like a disabled person and his family snobby jerks. The mystery woman’s family is also a complete mystery why they didn’t care or do anything about losing a child?! Then it ends. With no reasoning or insight.

A young girl leaves home never to return until she commits suicide decades later. She leaves no letters of closure for the family she leaves behind, only a strong box with assorted papers that shows she's not who she's supposed to be. Will the mystery ever be solved?

Reading this reminded my of classmates I've never seen since high school. Catholic school culture of the sixties and seventies is unsettling to remember. It's unfortunate she didn't get the help she needed.

Very well written and super interesting. I’m glad they found out who she was just to give her family some type of closure although it doesn’t seem like they really cared enough to know of her. I do believe something very serious happened to her and I believe someone in her family knows but we all have our secrets and we all have those people in our family who want to act like nothing happened.
