I base all my book buying decisions on the Reviews I read. I have never seen reviews like this books reviews. People either love it or hate it. Based on the negative comments I will not get the book and will search out the other recommended books and see what their ratings are. I agree with the reader that said a majority of the book was to sell the book but if you already bought it....all that info is a waste of the readers time. Sounds like Naomi needs a book writing coach instead of the expensive coach she referred to in her recent live webcam.. Too much desperate marketing of self.

Great book ! Easy to read and understand why Autophagy is so important to health and well being . Highly recommend- suggest it to everyone . All my friends are talking about and raving about the results!

Naomi Whittel has done an exceptional job of explaining autophagy and how we can tap into it's powerful anti-aging benefits. If you are at all interested in longevity and quality of life then this book is a must have!

This is the most ridiculous diet I have ever seen. Why would you consume 300-400 calories or more a day in coconut oil? Which by the way is NOT good for you!!! I bought into it and purchased the book, both teas, the coconut oil and the cinnamon sticks. It is a REAL joke!!! I can agree with the fasting in part BUT not the tea or other foods suggested. Don't buy into this....TOTAL waste of money!! I saw it on Dr. Oz and fell into the trap because it sounded too good to be true and guess what....It was!!!! Healthy eating, portion control and exercise are much better ways to lose weight and stay healthy. VERY DISAPPOINTED....wish I could get my money back.

I recently learned about Autophagy and Naomi. This book and lifestyle program are easy to read and follow. The idea behind autophagy makes sense to me - we just have to teach our bodies to "clean up". I like that the book not only talks about diet but also about exercise, beauty and sleep. The intermittent fasting bit is extremely interesting as well.

Glow15 is a very easy to read and understand book. Pressing for a bodily process called Autophagy, Naomi gives plans and recipes that help us understand the Autophagy process where the body makes healthy new cells, and how to live and eat to gain that healthy benefit. Love this new book!!!
