I just finished Live Wire and loved it, with only one reservation - I fear it will be the last!! You will see what I mean after you read it. There, don't you want to just buy it now. I sincerely hope so. For all of the fans, you will not be disappointed. It is a great read, one filled with the usual banter between Myron and his wonderful friend, Win. In this book, Win becomes so much more than just a good friend. I finished the book quickly due to the fact that I just could not put my Kindle down. Be prepared - this is a great ride!! I guarantee there are no pages to skip in this book.

This a really good book and series! As some people have stated in other reviews, it does start out slow but explodes to becoming a great thriller. The characters are great and work very well together. I would 100 percent recommend this book and the rest of the series!

Another terrific Myron Bolitar novel from Harlem Cohen. Once again we see the over riding humanity and fallibility of our favorite hero. A deep exploration of the relationship between Win and Myron is a great part of the book. Don't miss it.

Harlen Coben is an awesome writer. I love all his books. His characters just come alive! I am not sure what all the griping is about the price. I have a Kindle. I love it. I bought it so I would not have to carry two or three hard back books around with me all the time. I can load my Kindle and throw it in my purse and go. Is that not the point? So you either love the author enough to buy the book or you don't. Personally, I do. I think he is great and wish he would write faster!

I have loved Harlan Coben since the first novel, and I look forward to every new one. The Myron Bolitar series is more about the character than the mystery, but I love a character who has friends he cares about and a family he loves. That's a refreshing change from so many other main characters who are isolated, maladjusted, and just generally unhappy. This was a fun read, and I am already looking forward to the next one!

Great dialogue, although occasionally incomprehensible to me (being English). I love his rich, original way of playing with words - Sometimes as quotable as Shakespeare! Great sense of irony. Nice to read about a real Good Guy for a change- also good to have the same hero running through his books. Big Cyndi is hysterical- a great contrast to some of the other "Heavy" bits. A good read. Pure Coben- I have to admit that I, too, am hooked.

I have totally enjoyed the Myron Bolitar series and looked forward to reading this one. It followed the basic formula, had all the characters, but was missing something. Not sure what. Because it involved a dramatic family situation and not just clients, it should have been better. I know that part of the problem are the unanswered questions. Why couldn't Terese come back? Will they, in fact, end op getting married? What does the story all mean for Myron and Win? What does Myron do after the end of the book? What about him and his nephew? Goddaughter? If this is the end of the Bolitar series, these questions should have been answered. As for the story about the clients involved, it was complex and pretty interesting, but also lacked that usual feeling of being hooked into it. I will still read the next Coban book because I have read all his novels and really enjoy his Bolitar as well as his stand alone novels. This one is worth reading, but doesn't quite have the punch that the others do.

Usually love anything he writes. And having waited so long for him to return to Myron and Win I was disappointed. In this book I felt he was writing the end of the Myron and Win story - but if so, he didn't satisfactorily wrap up the storylines of these two characters we have become invested in. Book did have some of the trademark lines we have come to expect but overall not his best effort.

I always enjoy the Myron Bolitar books and all his zany crew. The last book, however, is a stretch and difficult in parts to believe. Can his rich, great friend really be as powerful as he seems in this book? The best part is the last 1/3--it makes great reading as you solve the mystery. I like him and his family but some parts weren't as believable as one might wish.

I love all the Harlan Coban books and the interesting characters in the Myron Bolitar series. A great read, once picked up hard to put down until completed. I thoroughly enjoyed the introduction of a new character, Myrons nephew Micky, but I hope it doesn't mean the end for Myron.
