Really a fun to read book. Family. Mystery, Danger, a touch of Romance. Couldn't put it down.
Why only 4 stars?... I wanted more. more info about the family, about the town, about Eric. More about Grammy, Rose, Aunt Nadine. and how one of the characters died.

The story is well written and entertaining. I wish it was longer. The characters and their interactions could have been a little more developed. The plot was great though . I definitely recommend this story to anyone who likes supernatural mysteries. I finished reading it with a smile on my face.

I'm really enjoying this series. I have been reading book 15 and starting already to see the end of the series soon. I've really enjoyed the characters all of them. I've been recovering from surgery and in this series has really helped me keep my mind off the Bad and enjoy the good of of the greensmith's family
and Deliverance in the City of Love :: The Witch and the Englishman (The Witches Series Book 2) :: Witch's Reign (Desert Cursed Series Book 1) (The Desert Cursed Series) (Volume 1) :: Funny Cozy Mystery Series (Witch Woods Funeral Home Book 1) :: Aimless Witch (Questing Witch Series) (Volume 1)

I really enjoyed this book. Quirky with a zany cast of characters. Typical of the paranormal, mystery murder, you know the murder/s will be solved. It's the journey from the start to the end, the meat in the sandwich that makes the book an interesting read. I really enjoyed Raven's writing and I will be reading more of this series.

I was looking for something still in the mystery genre, but a lighter read than the murder mysterys and suspense I usually read. This fit the bill. It has a little suspense with a light hearted way of storytelling, a little lovestory without being engrossed with sex,and it kept me coming back to read more even when I didn't really have the time. Thanks for a good read.

After reading a lot of romance novels, this was a good change. The story line had good flow, the characters were interesting, and the plot was very different. All in all a good read. I look forward to the next book in the series.

Rowen couldn't wait to leave her family behind, only to find out that there was no leaving her odd family an town behind. Mystery and murder was nothing new to her. Rowen is good at what she does and throws herself head first into taking care of her family.

I really enjoyed the story line of this book. The character development is great. The story works well as a stand alone, but also segues nicely into the next book. Raven Snow has an amazing imagination that works wonderfully in paper.

Great start to the series. Two murders in her hometown. Everyone in town looks at their family with suspicion. Of course, it may be because they're witches. Will there be more deaths? Who's to blame? Read to find out.

Clever and witty! The Greensmith girls are witches and have a reputation for being trouble. A body has been found and another person murdered, it's up to Rowen to solve it. The story is short, fun and flirty!

Enjoyed this book very much. Could not stop reading until I had finished. The only thing I disliked was the way the story line jumped from one happening to the epilogue. I really wanted more o the story.

I absolutely enjoyed this series by author Raven Snow. I first got hooked on her work with the Foxxy Beck series and have been a huge fan ever since!

Book 1 starts off by introducing us to Rowen, the rebel of the family. Within the first few pages, you learn that her family is a bit kooky (Addams family, anyone? ;) ).

After reading about a dead body found in Lainswich, Rowen's home town, her boss sends her home to do research and find out who the killer is.

Throw in an ex-boyfriend, not so friendly citizens, a bit of magic, and an angry ghost and you have a great start to a fantastic new series! I'm looking forward to reading book 2 of the Lainswich series called Hexes and Exes. I've also thoroughly enjoyed the extended edition Raven just released.
