The NFH series is great fun. They are funny, sexy romantic stories. This is the latest book in the series and it is just as fun as the others. There is cussing and sex in this story, but it is not excessive. Overall it is a great story.

Another fabulous Bradford book. Great story line. Funny as usual!! I absolutely love this series. I accidentally saw this and was thrilled to have a different kind of drama free book to read. Such a funny series! Defiantly worth a read!

They say that the tough guys Fall the hardest. That could very well be said of Christopher aka Lucifer. I love that he's thrown about by the sassy, independent girl Rebecca. Love the love/hate themed relationship issues.

Absolutely LOVED this book! The humor throughout was perfect R.L. Mathewson, but this was a great storyline too. There was depth to the characters and a story that flowed. This story had me laughing out loud many many times and I would recommend to anyone to read!

The whole neighbors from hell series is great. I really love the story of Lucifer though, he is a really great character and Rebecca is so funny. If you really want to have a good laugh with a great love story you should really read this book and the whole series. I think R.L. Mathewson has a great writing style. There are a few typo's but we all have those on occasion. Five star book hands down.

I love, love, love this series from R.L. Mathewson! It's a quick fun read and like all of her other Bradford books I cannot get it read fast enough. There is nothing like seeing the men in this family fall hard for a woman that drives them absolutely crazy in the best way. I also like how each Bradford has their own little quirks and Lucifer is no exception. Rebecca definitely meets the qualifications to be with Lucifer. If you haven't read this book or series you are missing out. It's funny and sweet, the perfect combination.

There are some crack up laughing moments. It's really funny a Bradford owning a restaurant. Rebecca is an odd sort in that she's been fired numerous times but doesn't leave. Christopher is your typical Neanderthal and controls everything.

The Bradford men are hilarious and this book made me laugh all over again. I love the interactions between Lucifer and Rebecca, but my favorites are between Rebecca and the Bradford family. Looking forward to the next in series!

Worth buying I swear every book in Neighbor from Hell series won't disappoint you. During the first few chapters I'm slowly falling in love with Lucifer (Christopher) but omg when I found out the reason on how he got his name Lucifer he owns my heart from that point on :) <3 So sweet can't wait for the other books of Neighbor from Hell series

So far Christopher and Rebecca is my favorite characters from the neighbor from hell series. But I haven't read Aidan and Melanie yet. Ughhh! Actually I like ALL the Neighbor from Hell series. Can't decide .... I am so confuzzled but in a good way.

So good. Lucifer & Rebecca might be my most favorite couple since Jason & Haley. Reminds me why I always look forward to a new NFH, and why I keep this series at the top of my Re Reads list.
Can't wait for our next Bradford to find love.

RL Mathewson did it again!
Another perfect addition to the "Neighbor from Hell" series.
I really really loved Lucifer and Rebecca. Lucifer is slightly different from the rest of his family, but nevertheless, he is a Bradford! His relationship with Rebecca is awesome. They are so funny together, it has been a pleasure to read about them!
And also the storyline is really well developed. There was a little twist that I didn't expected, but it only added something more to the story, because it gave Lucifer the possibility to show another aspect of his personality.
It is now one of my fav books from the series!

First of all, I just could not connect with either character. Now let me say that I love sarcastic humor. I myself live it in real life, however I have to agree with another reviewer that there was just too much sarcasm and not enough story. I kept reading, hoping it would get better, but when I hit 50% and it still continued to be the same ol' same ol' I returned the book. There was no connection between the characters at all, and I wanted to strangle both of them. If I had to read one more time how she had been the biggest pain in his @$$ for the last 5 years, I think I would have thrown my kindle. Yes, I get it...you have wanted to fire her for five years. Some scenes were confusing. I couldn't figure out if he wanted to be with her or get rid of her. The constant jumping around was frustrating. Her continuous change from calling him Lucifer to Christopher was frustrating. The misspellings and use of the wrong tense was irritating. Additionally, the constant bickering with her roommate and calling each other bit** every time they spoke was aggravating. I just couldn't take it anymore. As another poster said, it was boring and just cluttered with pointless name calling. Sorry, I really hoped that this book would develop into something, because the premise for it sounded great, but alas, no such luck. Skip this one.

I enjoyed Fire & Brimstone. Pretty sure Rebecca and I are soul sister's. I loved that it was her that drove Lucifer crazy. I did expect a much crazier story about Lucifer getting his name. Oh well, still a good read.

Fire & Brimstone is a fun addition to the Neighbor from Hell series. I think Rebecca was even crazier than the Bradford's, which is saying something! I really enjoyed this, I love that it started out with Lucifer trying to fire Rebecca, not that she would accept that, and by the end she was the one attempting to quit, which he ignored. I really loved Lucifer and Rebecca together. I loved Lucifer's devotion to her and how wrapped up in each other they were. I guess the only reason this didn't get a full five stars was because I expected something more from Rebecca's family. That pain was mentioned, and then sort of forgotten. I thought for sure they would come back, either to get closure on that relationship being lost, or to get some sort of understanding finally. And I guess I expected there to be some sort of drama (even if it was mild) between Rebecca and Lucifer. *Slight spoiler coming up* When he was tanking her job prospects, I figured she would find out and be furious. I mean, being rejected for weeks on end was making her depressed and it felt a little too much on the side of mean and manipulating. I figured she would discover his deception, there would be a fight, a heartfelt apology, and then they would move onto their HEA. Instead, that is just never mentioned. I thought it was a missed opportunity. And their love just stayed on course with few bumps at all.
Overall, for me this book did exactly what the author hoped. It gave me an escape, made me laugh and put a smile on my face when I have had a tough week. It gave me time to breath and I know this will be one I will be re-reading (and listening, I bought the audible version and it is great!) for years to come. If you are a fan of this series, and you need a smile and a laugh, I wholeheartedly recommend this book.

R.L. Mathewson has added another great book to her Neighbor from Hell Series (NFH). If you have not read the other books in the series I recommend you read those first or you may find yourself lost quickly in this book, especially with all the secondary characters. This book revolves around Lucifer Bradford, the owner of a popular restaurant and his restaurant manager Rebecca. If you have read this series to date than you are well acquainted with the Bradford men. Bradford's are know for their sheer size, their devastating good looks, their way with women, and above all their massive appetites. In past books Mathewson has placed a big emphasis on the Bradford clan and their strong bond. You could hardly turn the page without tripping over at least one or two well meaning, intrusive, in your face brothers, cousins, uncles, etc... in this book, although family was still present, it didn't play as big a role, I kind of missed their meddling ways. Also, the typical dynamic between the Bradford men and the women destined to be his wife wasn't typical of the NFH series, where Bradford in question set his sites on unsuspecting woman and proceeds to brow beat, torment, bribe, blackmail, and otherwise coerce her into finally falling in love with him (not that he would ever admit it). Lucifer and Rebecca had a working relationship were they tried to keep it professional. They both denied having feelings for each other, while he lived to harass her, and she likewise excelled at tormenting him. And for a time that worked just fine for them... until it didn't. That being said, there was still enough shenanigans afoot to make the book enjoyable, although not as downright hilarious as the previous books, I did outright laugh on several occasions. I'm interested to see what's going to happen now with Alden and Melody... I can only say that another NFH book seems a sure bet.

Lucifer Bradford is the proud owner of a restaurant called Fire and Brimstone. He has spent the last ten years trying to perfect it so that it would be the best in town. There was also this one pain in the rear waitress named Rebecca that was on staff at the restaurant, and her sole purpose in life (or at least for the last five years) was to give Lucifer hell and to at least try to drive him insane.
Rebecca could fit right in with the Bradford family with their crazy prankster ways. Heck, she could really give them a run for their money in a prank war...and let's just say that it would not be an easy feat to out-prank any Bradford.
RL Matthewson did an amazing job writing this specific story. All of the books in her amazing Neighbor From Hell series never fail to keep me laughing so hard, but this particular story shed light on a health issue that hits close to home. The way that RL introduced it into the story was done in such a clever way that it was more like a prop and didn't take away any of the humor. Lucifer and Rebecca had me laughing so hard that I accidentally woke my daughter up at 1:30am. One of the best parts was learning why exactly they call him Lucifer and what his real name is...it's a really nice name too. I need more Bradford hysterics in my life!

It took me several months to write this review because I wanted to make sure it wasn't just me that didn't like this book. It seems that RL is going the way of other authors that I used to read and just assuming we'll buy her books on her name alone. This is the second book, in a row, I've read of hers that I didn't care for. Unfortunately, I think this will be the last book I buy from this author and that makes me very sad as I have every other book, in all her different series. And another thing, the editing was horrendous!

Another totally hilarious story about the Bradford men as they find their soul mate. This is the story of Christopher "Lucifer" Bradford, owner of the Fire and Brimstone restaurant, who has been plagued and driven crazy by one of his waitresses, Rebecca Shaw for the last five years and tries to fire her numerous times on a daily basis. The Bradford men can be described as almost caveman like in that they all do not ask their brides to marry them but kidnap them and haul them to a justice of the peace so they can't say no, have voracious appetites in both sex and food. They are well known to be able to totally decimate a buffet in no time at all and are quite often banned from most buffets in the area. They fight among themselves, call each other names, but when the going gets rough they have each others backs. The women they choose are usually bratty, try to act innocent as they pick on and drive their men crazy and do things to annoy them as much as possible and are very intelligent, loving, and funny.
Totally recommend this book as well as others in the series as they all will give you a real laugh.

The Bradfords never fail to entertain and make me laugh, I was cracking up from the beginning. Lucifer was one of the characters that I didn't know too much about, so I was glad for his book. I really enjoyed Rebecca's character, she fit right in with the Bradford and Melanie was a great supporting character, great addition to the series

Kind of the same formula as the other Bradfords ... They hate each other, they help each other, they have hot steamy sex, they deny they love one another, they finally figure it out, then get married ... Lol. Still good stuff.

Four stars for the premise and the humor. This book started out strong but at 75% I started skimming a bit. Would have been better if the author had wrapped it up sooner - felt like she was pushing for a word count that the story just couldn't support.
Love the hero in this but found the heroine rather immature (maybe it's just me??)
Lots of typos and grammatical issues that could have been avoided with a thorough read through. I see this author's posts on social media often and she seemed to be trying to please her pushy fan base in getting it out there early, unfortunately her ratings will probably suffer because of the errors. A well written book gets higher ratings and will draw in new readers. I for one am happy to wait for a well written book - after all, I have some favorite authors that only publish once a year but I certainly don't forget about them.
Otherwise, the amount of junk food consumed in this novel had me craving salad so thank you for helping my diet. :)

I gave the book three stars, because the beginning was difficult to read. I felt like I was reading the same thoughts over and over. I also was getting frustrated with the flow of the story. There was no build up and the characters behavior was childish.
I love R.L. Matthews books, I fell in love with her romantic books because the stories seem realistic and the build up of the characters was detail, it wasn't repeat of the same thought with different words. I feel like R.L. Matthew lack imagination in this book.

Absolutely AMAZING! I have read pretty much everything RL has written... A few stories didn't capture my attention immediately lately and I wasn't planning to be indulged in this story but within the first chapter I was HOOKED! I have never loved a heroine like I do Rebecca, she is a complete trip and belongs in the Brandford family immediately. Lucifer is beyond my expectations for a leading man. Each character, even Rebecca's best friend is so well developed. You feel like you really get to know them personally and connect. I could not put this book down!

Rebecca and Lucifer are one of the best couples. They are both over the top,and had me smiling as I was reading for most of the book. I love that Rebecca was a strong heroine, and the was she torments the Bradfords.
There are some grammatical mistake, but the didn't affect my enjoyment of the story. I can't wait for the next book in the series.

Lucifer and Rebecca are an entertaining couple. He has been trying to fire her everyday for what seems like forever. She only listens with one ear and goes back to what she was doing. When her unknown illness surfaces and anther unknown diagnosis, Lucifer steps in to solve the problem. They get awfully close to each other after this happens. I loved that she had such an evil streak, she could almost put the Bradford's to shame.
