Olivia's writing never disappoints. She is one of very few who's work I religeously per-order, will drop any other book to read, and am willing to re-read more than once. Do your self a literary favor, read her books.

I could not read the first few chapters fast enough. The Ocean, The Storm. The piano music. Haunting and beautiful. By far the best book in the series! I love Sole Regret! I devoured this book in 2 days. I absolutely loved the book. Olivia did it again. Looking forward to Gabe's book next. I could say so much more but I don't want to spoil the story for others. Grab this book you will love it!

I am thoroughly enjoying this series by Olivia Cunning!! I love the quick peeks into each if the bandmates lives/loves. Kellan and Dawn were hot together and I loved their mutual connection through music!! Dawn was amazing that she was able to pull Kellan away from his memories of dead fiancé. I can't wait to see how the story with Lindsey plays out.

I enjoyed this book and it's mostly because Kellen is my favorite in the band. I liked Dawn- she was a good match for Kellen and I liked that she was a strong female. Hotness factor was good. What I didn't like was the reasoning behind why Kellen couldn't move on was because of what Sara made him promise- really???? Who could possibly be that selfish? What I was disappointed in was how conveniently his past "events" with Owen were so easily and quickly explained as nothing more than using him- really???? The past 2 books just disappointed me with Kellen and Owen's relationship. Why even start to go there? With all that being said- I like the band, their stories and Olivia' s writing.

This has been my least favorite of the series, mostly because of Kellen and his reluctance to get over Sara, his girlfriend who died of cancer 5 YEARS AGO!!! I understand grief, but Kellen needs some serious therapy and shouldn't be depending on a cuff or his best friend to help him deal with that grief. I really wanted to like Kellen though. I felt his pain and was hoping he'd learn to finally move forward by the end of this book, but it seems as though 2/3 of the book was simply him feeling obligated to honor some promises to his dead girlfriend (I mean come on, she wasn't even his wife). And he didn't exactly portray Sara in a good light either - she didn't seem like the nicest person and was a bit controlling, so I just don't get his dedication to her. He's miserable and I'm sure she'd want him happy. His promises seemed as though they were just a way of her assuring that he wouldn't cheat on her when they were together, but I wouldn't think they would apply after her death.

Now, I did like Dawn. She was sweet, but strong-willed, and of course incredibly talented. She definitely wasn't who I'd picture as being the one to break Kellen out of his celibacy. But I really hope it works out for them since she's good for him.

I honestly don't think I'll continue with the series now (I'll probably just read reviews so that I can see what the outcome was when you skip the sexy parts). There's just too much convoluted drama - I mean the baby issue thrown into everyone's lives on top of all the relationship drama? It just seems like they're all regressing instead of progressing in their quests for a relationship with their lucky ladies after this book.

Olivia Cunning knows how to leave readers wanting more. Five books in to her One Night with Sole Regret series, and I'm not sure whether I want to laugh or cry at Cunning's choice to have each book span a single night. I have become hooked on this series about a diverse band of rock stars, each with their own distinctly memorable personality. Although we are given glimpses of each band member's persona in each book, it isn't until their designated story that we really get to know them as individuals. Kellen's book, Tie Me, delves deeper into his unending grief over the death of his fiancée, Sara, five years earlier and explores the possibility of a new love.
I've never particularly given much thought to Owen's shirtless, long-haired best friend, but Kellen's quiet intensity snuck up on me until I became consumed by the powerful combination of his overwhelming despair and boundless passion. Meeting Grammy-winning composer and pianist, Dawn O'Reilly, is both an unexpected and welcome distraction from Kellen's spiral into self-pity. Their instant connection is intimate and intensely erotic, yet every moment of possible happiness is quickly overshadowed by the pain of Kellen's loss. The back-and-forth turmoil of Kellen's conscience is frustrating at best, but luckily Dawn refuses to indulge his guilt.
Of the five books in the One Night with Sole Regret series, Tie Me is by far my favorite for its emotional depth and steamy love scenes incorporating the Japanese art of rope tying. The band mates and their love interests have always had a disposition for experimentation, but there is something incredibly sensual about Dawn's willingness to give herself over to Kellen's fantasies that makes for a captivating story. Aside from the romance between Kellen and Dawn, Tie Me manages to squeeze in a bit of information about the bomb dropped in Touch Me. There are still a number of unresolved issues and unanswered questions concerning the romantic entanglements of each of the five members of Sole Regret, and I can only wait impatiently for the next installment of Olivia Cunning's addictive series.

Dang this book brought out so many emotions for me...lol I wanted to cry, scream, cream my panties and jump for joy all at different times while reading this piece of art!! I think it might be my favorite Sole Regret book to date and that is saying something because I LOVE Shades!!

Kellen is AMAZING, $exy, soulful, and sweet as he77 but dang does that man need a good smack in the head to wake is a$$ up..lol I want to scream at him to move on from that crazy dead wife of his and grab destiny by the balls because Dawn is perfect for him. I know he loved Sara and she was taken WAY to early but the promises she had him make was just selfish.

Dawn is a perfectionist. She is also so passionate about her music she has let life pass her by. So when a $exy wet God practically strolls out of the sea and into her life she decides to embrace it. The heat and chemistry between the two are smokin but with so much going on between the two can they over come it?

I am VERY intrigued to see what happens next. Between all the guys, their ladies and then the whole Lindsey fiasco I know things are just getting started! Olivia has an amazing gift and packs so much in such a little time frame that you finish feeling fulfilled but eager for more. I can't wait for the next one!!

So I mistakenly skipped this book and jump to book #6 but I was able to go back and read this without ruining the entire book. I liked this book a lot. I knew it was going to be intense. Everything with Kellan is. Believe it or the intensity of the storm during most of the book only added and created (in my mind) these strong turbulent and raw emotions of these 2 characters. I "felt" this book. I felt the deep and profound sadness that Kellan felt after losing Sara. I went through a gamete of emotions over it. First was sadness of course but eventually I realized it was just downright unhealthy to stay in the past and not open yourself up to others. Whether good or bad Kellan locked his heart away. Dawn (so aptly named) was just the person to bring Kellan out of his misery. I imagined this fiery red head with the passion unrivaled by others. She shares this extreme connection to Kellan that was right there from the get go. All that being said I grew to resent Sara and loved Dawn's outburst of anger over Kellan's refusal to share his heart with her. I was upset that Sara asked Kellan to basically not move on with his life. Kind of surprised actually. I understand love and am in love but I would never ask my significant other to not move on from me especially if I meet an early death. I would want them to feel happiness again and honestly I can't believe Sara would wish that for someone she loved so dearly. Also while I'm sounding off, I'm glad Kellan confronted his "issues" with Owen. I think he did a great job explaining himself to Dawn but not so good to Owen, I feel like Owen has only scratched the surface for his feelings towards his best friend. Maybe when it's Owen's turn there will be more to that. Let me also say I pray this Lindsey situation gets sorted out sooner rather than later. She is 6 mths pregnant for cripes sake and if we are only getting these books in increments of a few days then she is going to be pregnant for as long as an elephant! Maybe we can figure out the baby daddy situation sooner and my request is that it's Tex's. Ok I'm done. Can't wait for more. I'm a fan of Sole Regret!

Kellen & Dawn are a great match. I loved that she didn't give him the pity party he expected. And she was both tough enough and vulnerable enough to confront him later. They're a sexy and sweet duo and a great addition to the series.
But I wish Lindsey would go away. Maybe I'm a bit of a meanie, but I don't like her at all. And after she had sex w. 3 or 4 guys AND her best friend all on the same night(sorry but in my book, that's slutty & and irresponsible behavior), now she' the cutesie mommy to be, depending on the band to take care of her? eyeroll!

One word describes Tie Me by Olivia Cunning and that word is “Swoonworthy” <3 Seriously, Olivia Cunning how do you do it, each story is better than the last….how is that even possible!!!!! Tie Me was INCREDIBLE!! Seriously, what an AMAZINGLY sexy, sensual read!! I have loved every single sexy, hot, tatted rocker in this series but I think Kellen (Kelly) Jamison has just won my heart over – sorry Gabe you have been replaced!!! Tie Me had me devouring the pages, and it will have you devouring the pages too!

Kellen’s heart is broken beyond repair and he’s not sure he will ever be able to recover. Fate intervenes when he meets Dawn. Will Dawn be enough to awaken Kellen and help him heal?? I LOVE these characters!! Kellen is so Swoonworthy! My heart couldn’t help but hurt for him but I also wanted to kick him in the ass for being so stupid at times. I loved Dawn!!! Not trashy or wishy washy, but a real woman who felt a connection and was willing to take a chance.

Tie Me isn’t just another hot rock star read, well it is but it’s also so much more. It’s about destiny, fate and how none of us know what’s around the corner. Not just another amazing sexy read you have come to expect from Olivia Cunning, it’s an incredible love story that had me wanting more. Tie Me is one hell of a HOT read but I also found it to be much more of a sensual and sexy read than the other stories in the series. Brilliant characters and fab story that I couldn’t put down. If you aren’t familiar with the men of Sole Regret, get familiar. If you have yet to read Tie Me what are you waiting for??? Do not miss out on this incredible rock star read!

Sole Regret member Kellen Jamison has made his wife a promise to love her forever. Then she died of cancer. He hasn't broken that vow yet, but one night he decides maybe he should move on and actually try and be happy.
That night he meets Dawn O'Reilly...a classic composer. Dawn is bound and determined to make Kellen see her and make him hers.

Olivia Cunning is masterful with Sole Regret and the Sinner's series. I can't get enough of her writing or characters. When Kellen gives his all he gives his all...everything. I can't wait to read more about Sole Regret and Kellen.

Kellan' s story is definitely the most gut-wrenching of the series. I really enjoyed it too. Like with anything Olivia writes, there's just the right balance of heat, passion, and heart. Can't wait for the next.
