I have used the analogue version before but the kindle edition's tables for beneficial/neutral/avoid foods by category are too small to read at maximum magnification and actually fairly small but readable on the cloud reader. Please fix this. I copied the charts/tables to a word document so that I would have them as a handy reference. Otherwise, a really great program.

this was recommended by my son and sister. this book is a fairly good guide to get yourself on track to starting a new life style, not a diet. I am feeling better already. wish the lists were all together, and not spread throughout the book.

I have tried every diet on the market. However, in the past, even when I ate right I still had problems losing weight. I now know that wheat, cabbage, carrots and a few other good for you items aren't good for Type O individuals.

Thanks for writing this book and the research required.

I read the original book "Eat According to Your Blood Type" years ago but wasn't following the diet. I restarted eating for my blood type O and am seeing immediate results. I was stuck and not able to lose added weight until a friend recommended this title to me. I am so glad she did.

For those who have lost weight and want to keep it off this is a good book to have. It gives you a detail list of foods & beverages that you should eat, can eat, and should not eat for your blood type. [There is a book for each blood type.] Plus it list the supplements you should take. Also a list of health problems you can have with your blood type. Because of the size of the book it can be carried in a pocket or purse.

The information is most insightful, although troubling. Just when you think something is or maybe good for you, it's time to think again. It has been difficult to discover that the tastes of childhood or those that I have favored over the years could be a hinderance due to the Blood type diet. Thank you.

when i purchased this, i thought it would include additional items that 'Eat Right 4 Your Type' didn't have. it has very little additional info & some of the information actually conflicts with the main book, which I found confusing! I have referenced it a few times, but I was looking for a more comprehensive list of foods & beverages. It's more like a pocket reference to carry around rather than an additional list.
