This collection contains a wide variety of Mary Oliver's poems--nature, prose poems, etc. It is has something for every mood and is a good collection for Mary Oliver fans as well as those new to her poetry.

This book arrived on time and in new condition--an excellent buy for a small price. I like the poems very much. Occasionally, a poem strikes me as a bit too self-conscious. But Oliver's metaphors are imaginative, and I think that all in all she is the best poetic interpreter of the positive aspects of nature that we have here in America.

These are amazing, beautiful poems. Anyone who is interested in great writing of any sort should buy this book. Mary Oliver writes deceptively simple, elegant and powerful poetry. Read! New and Selected Poems, Vol. 2

I really LOVE her longer books. Her shorter books are also good, but ... being the cheap, ol' geezer I am, I am more inclined to buy the longer books. I would put Ms. Oliver & Wendell Berry in the same class of poetry. I appreciate both of them.
