I loved the slow build-up of tension throughout the whole book, starting with the first chapter. And I loved the struggling of Libby and Jack to recognize what was going on between them and then the struggle to commit to each other and all the twisted emotions about their situation. It was described very believable by the author.
When I finally thought everything had worked out just fine the book turned into a economic thriller!
Reading this book will certainly keep you on your toes. It made me smile and it left me in tears not only once!
This is the best book I read so far by Riley Rollins!

The two don't want to have relationship, but when they meet for the first time, it's love at first sight. Jack is a very loving man and is wanting to take care of Liberty all time because he loves to take control over problems. Jack and Liberty fight the love that is growing between them. This book is so full of love u feel like your in the book with Jack and Liberty though out the book. This book is for the loving heart and u will feel the love.

Really good book! I enjoyed reading about Jack and Libby. Two people who both swore they were not looking for more than what they were getting from Jacks contract. He gets a baby for an heir, she gets money. Libby was an orphan, so she thinks she is not capable of being a mother. But her click is ticking so she wants to carry and birth a baby, but nothing more. But sparks fly the minute they meet and one thing leads to another and they get married. Only Jack wants forever, not just 9 months. Great story line, great characters and overall kept me turning pages.

I voluntarily reviewed a copy of this book absolutely loved Libby and Jack's story different from the usual it still very intense hot sex scenes the chemistry is scorching hot between Jack and Lobby. The baby contact is what's holding them back they were suppose to be no commitment Libbey the surrogate so she could experience having a baby but then turning it over to Jack who desperately wanted kids and a family but that will all change this is a must read you don't want to miss it's a very sweet touching story fantastic characters and storyline I highly recommend anything Riley Rollins writes is so well worth the read.

Jack has always wanted a family, but when his wife decides she wants a divorce, that doesn't stop Jack from wanting a family. Jack always get what he wants a decides to get a surrogate to carry his baby and his sister India friend will carry his carry his baby and sign the contract. Keeping it just as a business deal will be difficult when Jack meets Libby for the first time. As time goes on feelings grow that neither of them expected. Great story that will have you rooting for Jack & Libby to have what they both truly want. Truly sweet story and love how much you can feel Jack & Libby emotions as you read their story.

It about Jack and Libby. Jack is the owner of Mason Steel. He has let work consume his life. He has lost everything in life. He would love to have a baby. Libby is sculptor. She is having a hard time making end meet. Jack is looking for surrogate . He end up hiring Libby to be his surrogate. Will the two of keep to contract or will get together. I can't wait to read more books by Rollins. I will recommend this book and author.

Wow, I absolutely loved The Baby Contract. The story line was easy to follow along to. This book has love/revenge and a twist or two. Jack a very busy businessman knows that he wants a baby. He want's one so bad he finds a surrogate. Enter Libby a girl who's own mother gave her up for adoption when she was just a few weeks old. Jack's ex Elaine is a vindictive witch. All she want's is money and more money. You need to read to see the twist and turns of this book. Once you start you won't want to stop until you finish the book. Just so you can see what happens with Jack/Libby/Elaine.

I received this book in advance for a voluntary honest review. Jack Mason had dreamt about being a father all his life. Recently divorced he does not want to start another relationship that might not end with children so he decides on a surrogate. Jack's sister introduces him to Libby who desperately needs money for an apartment and her sculpting career. Lust at first sight makes Jack wish he was making this baby the old fashioned way. Soon attraction overrules the contract and the rules go out the window. Hot love and corporate betrayal fill this story with strong characters and emotions.

4.5 stars. This was an emotional and heartfelt book. I love that it's the Hero who wants the baby and he wants one just because he comes from a loving and tight knit family, that have inspired his urge of fatherhood. Our heroine is the hold back because of her sad backstory, but Jack's patience, attentiveness and subsequent love bring Libby around.

As always Ms Rollins gives us some unexpected suspense, twists and turns but she always leads us to the HEA we all expect in our romance books.

Worth the read I loved it.

Jackson Mason had it all well except for a baby .... Not that he hadn't tried with his now ex-wife Elaine ....he decided to hire a surrogate to carry his baby for him.... And his sister India had the perfect candidate... Libby...
This wasn't supposed to be more than him and a woman who he had hired to carry not him falling in love with each other....if you want to find out what happens next you will just have to read it for yourself...it'll be worth your time I promise.... this book had me engaged from the get go...

The baby contract will make you feel what Jack and Libby feel right down to the heart break of not being enough for one another. Jack has always wanted children and when his marriage ended he thought that the only way to have a child was with a contract,but he never knew when Libby signed the contract that things would end up being more. Libby and Jack's love for one another will take awhile to show ,but when it does watch out. I received this book as an arc for a honest review and I can honest say that this is worth a read.

I absolutely adored this book. I would love to give Jack all the babies he could possibly want. This man was the hottest, sexiest, smooth talking hunk that I have ever encountered in a book! Ladies, you will fall in love and lust with Jack Mason. This is what a romance should be like. The heroine was also lovable! The writing is expertly done, well edited and flows with a great story. The Baby Contract is a must read and be sure to have plenty of tissues on hand as you get close to the finish. Well done, Riley Rollins!

I loved the story of Jack and Libby, and how it all came about. I'm so glad it ended the way it did, and I'll have to look to see if there's any more books that connect with the other characters in this book. OMG! The letter from her mother, OMG! I couldn't. I cried. It was so sweet!! And the way Jack took care of Libby and the instant connection they had!! AMAZING!!

My first read from Riley Rollins, The Baby Contract was an awesome read filled with strong chemistry and intense attraction. Jack decides to go for what he wants and Libby is the woman who's going to help him get it. It was just suppose to be a business arrangement, but when feelings get in the way will they actually find their HEA? Well what a great story loved this book had me hooked from the very first page to the end. Jack wants a baby and Libby is willing to give him one and he is willing to paid for it but they have to marry each other. What started out as a faked married turn in to something more that they didn't expected. There is plenty of chemistry between them. Brilliant story would highly recommend this book. Can't wait for more from Riley.

I have voluntarily revised this book. I have to say that in the beginning of this story I was a bit bored but soon I was pulled in and couldn't put it down. The way Jack thinks all he wants is a child but didn't see the signs till it was too late that he might have to do something unconventional too get what he wants. Then when he meets Libby it's like a breath of fresh air when he never expected it too come and realize what he was missing within his life & you learn how quickly things can change.

Both Jack & Libby are absolutely sure that they know what they want, yet when they meet, nothing seems sure any more. I liked how the author made Libby & Jack wait a little before giving into their mutual attraction, and kept us on edge with their undeniable heated chemistry.

This is a book I must recommend. It's like most of the books with the fake marriage trope, yet still unlike it. You won't regret this purchase at all!

RR is one of my favorites authors and this book just proves why ??

Libby and Jack are the two main characters in this story and I really felt their chemistry and pull towards each other.

I rooted for these two, and love that I could really feel their emotions, their dilemmas and understand their thoughts.

I would recommend this book for everyone!

This just seemed unbelievably long for a simple romance, to me. It was more a headache, than a romance. A little angst goes a long ways, as far as I'm concerned, and The Baby Contract jumped way over into the 'too much' field. It just went on and on and on, with no end in sight. Finally, it did end, halfway through the book. Then started up with part 2. No, thank you. For me, it just wasn't interesting enough to read the next half, of what has already been, too much.

Jack wants a baby....without the wife or mother. Libby needs money and wouldn't mind carrying a child term but is not ready for motherhood. Seems Jack and Libby are a match made in heaven...for 9 months anyway. But life has a way of giving you what you need not necessarily what you want. Read this story of Jack and Libby and how they end up with what they need and ultimately what they never knew they wanted

This book was about a man who was ready to become a father and through his sister found the perfect woman. Jackson is every expecting mothers dream, I love how you could feel his desire for a baby and can see that he would do anything to have it all and claim his HEA.

When Jack Mason decided he wanted a baby, he decided Libby was going to be the perfect surrogate mother for his child. The problem is that even though they have a business arrangement, he's starting to feel that the temporary arrangement isn't enough. Libby was a good person with little to no role models in her life. I love how Riley Rollins writes! I really rather read MC books, but I loved this story. Jack is jaded after his failed marriage, and because Libby was given away by her mother at 4 months she feels as though she can never be a good mother. Enter the Baby Contract where she agrees to have Jack's baby and then disappear from their lives. Although we know they will fall in love and have a hea, I enjoyed their romance and their journey. I really enjoyed Jack and Libby's story. They sign a contract that is both beneficial to them both, but what they forgot to take into account was their hearts, so what starts off as a business deal, ends up being so much more.
The characters are likeable and well written, the story line was developed and the chemistry between these two is undeniable and off the charts hot!

I really liked this book. The characters had great chemistry together!! There are a few twists that you don't really see coming, but then again its really not a shocker. I really loved this book overall, cause there is a great HEA!!!

Jack and Libby have a contract marriage. He wants a baby and she needs money. It gets very complicated when they start wanting more.

I really liked the characters. They are both people that want to do the right thing. They really have amazing chemistry and soon want more than just a simple business agreement. You really want them to get a happy ever after.

Riley Rollins has done it again. Another great story! The plot was interesting and different. The storyline flowed smoothly throughout and I loved the characters. They were well-developed with some you'd love to hate! I was hooked from the very beginning and couldn't put it down once I started. I will be adding this one to my personal Kindle library.

This was a good story but there were times that I was just left confused and thinking what is going on. Libby and Jack are an interesting pair. Jack wants a baby and Libby wants to experience child birth without becoming a mother. The chemistry between the pair is intense but just a bit much all at once. Things happened a bit too quickly for my tastes.

In truth, was kinda boring, i really did not think he was an alpha male... the ex got his money and his business associate was sleeping with the ex also along with the ex buying up his stock in the company for take over... to me the H was stupid. the H gave up so much money to the ex who by the way was playing him... by taking birth control and informing the H this was her plans of becoming a rich man's wife.

Jack and Libby are perfect for each other. This is a beautiful and heart warming story. They go in wanting one thing and come out wanting another. Are they strong enough to take what they want in the end. Love Riley and can't wait for her next book. Definitely recommend.

One of the best I've read in a while. Jack and Libby are well written, interesting characters who really draw you in as a reader. They might not want the relationship, but you can't fight chemistry this hot. Fast, sexy read, and a page turner from start to finish!!
