I liked it but purchasing it and the Dover Design one was clearly a mistake as the are cut and paste books and they are the same. I will give one to a friend. I was hoping for two different books with different designs.

I bought several adult coloring books and they are terrific! I love art of all kinds, and to sit quietly on a dark day or evening and just color, no drawing etc. on my part is so relaxing. The pictures are very detailed and intricate, not childlike in any way. I knit, crochet, sew, lots of hand work and now coloring.

I liked this product for my leisure time it tends to relax me when I color almost therepeutic.
I make copies of it to send to my mother;s senior center.
I do have to cut them to put them on white paper because to print them from home requires a lot of black ink from my printer and the ink is expensive.

This book is not for the adult coloring enthusiasts it is childlike and the pages are double sided. I only like the single page books because that way when you are pressing hard with pencils or using markers it is not a problem. I really am disappointed in this book.

There are lovely stained glass ideas in this book, but... to use as a coloring exercise, you need to know that you really have to have felt tip pens to make the colours show up. There is a lot of black surrounding the designs and the "transparent" colouring areas are a light gray which cuts down on the brilliancy of any colouring.

Just received this set of gels in the mail today. I opened the box and tested every pen. They all worked perfectly, and the colours are bright, the coverage and ink flow is excellent. Just one pen needed a wee bit of coaxing, but it took only about 20 seconds or so of lightly traced figure eights on a blank page to get it working. A really nice deep dark green. And this set has a medium brown pen, as well as a nice burnt orange and a darker gold, so those hard-to-find hues for wood and trees and etc are all included here.

I got two duplicates; shocking pink and neon orange. That's unfortunate, because they're colours I don't really use much. I wouldn't have minded quite as much if they'd been duplicates of colours I use often. I don't really get how so many of these sets from any manufacturer can contain duplicates so often. That's not cool. Maybe I'll contact the company and see if they'll send me the pens that were supposed to be included instead of the duplicates.

They aren't as good as the Sakura gel pens, but they're decent quality and the colour selection is far superior to the Sakuras. The price is fantastic and the pens are quite satisfactory for colouring, writing, scrapbooking, or whatever creative use one might wish to use them for.

I highly recommend this set, and I'll purchase it again when these pens are used up. If, with use, I find any problems that arise with this set, I'll update the review.
