What an amazingly sweet romance! When a forced marriage is announced, two young people devise a way to stay together... Until they don't. Unbeknownst to them, the stable boy is really an Earl. But having a title doesn't necessarily mean his is worthy of her heart. After telling himself he is not good enough, he finally realizes he is worthy of her love. But is it too late? No spoilers here. Annabelle and Floyd do not have an easy time finding their way to the future.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. So much emotion! If I could have reached through my Kindle, I would have strangled Watson. I appreciate how Hanna brought to the forefront how most marriages at that time were arranged and not love matches. More often than not, women were wed to old men or cruel men who used them to get an heir and then went back to their mistresses. But we got our HEA this time! I received this ARC for an honest review. Great job!

This is full of drama and angst. Annabelle is rebellious, independent and naive.
Floyd is ambitious and stubborn. The story is dramatic and intriguing, but not exciting. Annabelle has more guts and bravery than Floyd. But she is the only character that has any spark. It definitely has some interesting characters in it.
I received a complimentary copy of this book from the author. This is my honest and voluntary opinion of it.

Not much to write. AWESOME romantic read. I just loved everything about this story and the plot. It is true to its historical timeperiod. The author has made her research. I like that. A great story until the end. I would have loved an epilogue to end the story.
I can only recommend it if you like a romance with a twist.

I really enjoyed this story. The Annabelle and Floyd take a little getting into, but once I did, I was really rooting for them. I had to keep me reminding myself that it was historical because I kept wanting them to call each other. I'm just glad they were able to find each other in the end and that all that was sacrificed was not lost.

Seeming to be doomed to marry a horrible man, Lady Annabelle Hathaway is determined not to marry the man her father has chosen. At 18 she longs for love and finds it in the stable boy, Floyd Brewer. But as often happens, things are not always as they seem! This is a sweet historical romance that will keep you turning the pages and hoping that Annabelle will find her happily ever after!

Annabelle Enchants the Rejected Earl is a great love story, but it is also about not losing your true self. It is sweet romance and I loved it. Annabelle meets a man who gives her the impression of not who he seems. She ends up engaged to this man and at the same time meets a man name Floyd who is a “diamond in the rough”. She falls for him. There are so many twists and turns in the story you are kept on your toes. You won’t regret being along for the ride. I can’t wait for Hanna’s next story.

A headstrong lady, who knows what she wants, an overbearing father who thinks he knows what's best for everyone, a corrupt lord and a stable hand who's not who he seems. Add an elopement, a forceful return and a few more twists and turns, and you've got a lovely story that will make you stay awake to finish it. I received an ARC from the author and voluntarily leave my review.

I love stories that keep me guessing and involved, be them in print on the screen. This book was such fun to read because there were many twist and turns. Just when I would think "...oh this will happen next" I was in for a surprise. It made it so much more interesting to read because after a few twist, I just sat back and enjoyed the ride. Annabelle has won my heart. ~

I voluntarily reviewed this Advanced Reader Copy. Annabelle Enchants the Rejected Earl is a pleasant read but a little anticlimactic. One minute Annabelle sees the stable boy and the next she is in love. And then the next minute the stable boy is an Earl but not an Earl. If you are looking for calm fluff to pass your day, this might hit your spot.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
I enjoyed the plot and the romance, but the 5 year jump really threw me off. I would have preferred a slower getting together and a more elaborate explanation of the consequences of the heroine's actions as well as the hero's becoming successful and re-established in society.

Lost a lot of sleep whilst reading this book. Just one more page turned to just one more chapter. Hours later, I was still wide awake. Another awesome book by Hanna Hamilton. Thoroughly enjoyed it, but then, I knew I would.

This was a heartwarming story. Annabelle was a strong woman who stands up for herself in a time when woman were used as chattel to bargain with. The story was well written and the author did a wonderful job with the pacing of the story. Another great read by Ms. Hamilton. I voluntarily received an advance arc copy for an honest review.

I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book. This was such a beautifully written story. Hanna is able to pull in her readers from the beginning. Just when you think all is to go a certain way, she comes up with something new. I loved the development of this story, it was emotional and has such wonderful characters.

I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy. A brilliantly written romance story. Annabelle a very strong willed person and was determined not to marry Watson an unsavory character who made sure Annabelle knew what she had in store from him once they were married, even tho he had convinced her father that he was a good match for her. However she meets a stable boy with secrets who catches her heart and they run away together but there are consequences and they end up on different paths but fate always finds a way. A really good read I would recommend to my friends

My tastes in romance books runs the spectrum. Hanna Hamilton does a very good job of creating plots that are sweet and romantic. The story has a heroine who is willing to flout societal conventions for love. in a time when patriarchal dictates, were tantamount to law. An enjoyable read.
I read an ARC of this book.

Bullies/arrogant males that think they know what is best for women vs true love. Just when you think, true love will when Hanna throws in another twist and the bully takes over again. Or does he? Will true love endure the tests of time and distance? Hanna keeps you engaged and enthralled until the last page, looking to finish and read the "rest of the story".

Not just the title but the book is enchanting too. A story of the road to love and happily ever after has never been so tumultuous and fraught with difficulties with a very lively cast of characters, some you will love, some you will hate and others you could quietly strangle! A wonderful engaging book you will love.

Annabelle?? is an eighteen year old, carefree young women born into a staid and regimented time in historic England.
Her father, Otto, has worked hard to recover his family name and amass wealth? from the debt his father left him. He is bound and determined to see his second daughter married? to a titled, wealthy man.
At the older sister's wedding? dinner, a handsome young man, Lord Watson?, is introduced to Annabelle?? and he almost immediately declares she will be his wife?.
Annabelle?? is afraid of Watson???, he is a player, and is rude? to her when they are alone. He projects an entirely different demeanor and attitude around her father. Annabelle 's father tells her she is marrying him, period.
Annabelle?? has met someone who makes her happy, plus he's super handsome, but he's just the stable boy?, Floyd. He is way beneath her station in life, so there's absolutely no way her overbearing father would allow her to marry? him!
I love historical romances! This is a good one! Recommend.

Hanna Hamilton has once again penned another great historical romance. There were a few tense moments while reading the story to find out what Annabelle will do next as there were a few surprises presented in the story that made you wonder: will she or won’t she… I highly recommend this great story.

Annabelle cannot stand to marry the man her father has chosen but her father has the final say. Determined to get away from a man she knows to be cruel, she changes her own history as well as those around her. Can any good come from what she has started? Ms Hamilton's story always intriguing.

A wonderfully sweet story.Lots of twist, and turns that didn't end up like they wanted them to.I didnt know how Floyd and Annabelle would find their way back to each other. But they did after they both had accomplished so much.I loved her supportive mother.Another great read by Hanna Hamilton.

I enjoyed reading this book. I especially enjoyed the involvement of Annabelle's parents in the storyline, particularly her mother! The ups and downs of the plot made it hard to put down until the end. I especially enjoyed the surprises in the Extended Epilogue!

I didn't really feel the connection between Annabelle and Floyd. I felt that too much time was spent on Annabelle's father and Mr. Ashdown. Additionally, the story lacked any sense of romance between Annabelle and Floyd
