I love the idea of anti-stress coloring. This book sounded perfect, and it mostly is. However, as others have mentioned, the binding is way too tight! It adds some stress because of having to constantly push open the pages to get to all of the details. I do like the small size of the book.

The book is smaller than I thought, probably my mistake because I didn't pay attention to the size before the purchase. However because of the size it is hard to paint at the center and therefore the outcome is not as nice as it can be.

Great little coloring book but keep in mind it is very small. Not much bigger than 5x7 inches. Regardless my college age daughter loved it as it is the same one she has seen at Urbanoutfitters and other trendy stores.

Terrific little coloring book! Smaller size makes it easy to pack in any bag or basket; pages are filled with lovely flowing abstract patterns, florals, geometrics, and plants (trees and leaves). Nice thick paper too. By far my favorite coloring book of the half dozen I own.

Bought this along with several others as gifts for a group of preteen girls. This one definitely is the loser in the crowd. First of all (I must have missed this in the description), it is tiny. About the size of a small, very thin paperback book. In fact, it is so small that I can't imagine anyone could open the pages wide enough to actually color in the designs. Also the designs are extremely simplistic. One is just a grid, another just looks like a loopy string on the page and MANY are just horizontal wavy lines across the page.

Update: To be fair, I have to edit my above review. When given the choice of a number of zen type coloring books, one girl in the group thought this one was the best. She liked its size and simplicity. I'll add one extra star.

I expected to receive a full size coloring book. I was shocked when it came. It's a little bigger than the average paper back book. It's hard to color because the pictures are so small. Don't get this one. All of the other similar coloring books are full size.
