An Unhurried Adventure in Creative Mindfulness (Flow)

It's sweet, but another technical glitch - there are sets of stickers by different illustrators but they do not release from the sheet they are printed on. They cannot be peeled away for use. Kind of a bummer

I am enjoying the content and quality of the book profoundly. I am only rating it a three because I really would like to press the authors to update the illustrations in the book to include more diversity, especially in the Let's Stick Together section. Would highly recommend updating to represent all sorts of people who can get so much out of this book and mindfulness. Please be more mindful with that in the future.

This is an absolutely beautiful book! It is sturdy and well-made. What I have like most so far are the 'hidden treasures' scattered throughout the book. Tonight, I happened upon the "beautiful moments" cards which inspired me to create a beautiful moments jar to store them. This book truly feels like an adventure. Take your time with it. Savor it. Just buy it!

This is a beautiful book with beautiful concepts. However, the print is so small I felt like my eyes were being pulled out while I was reading it. It's frustrating because the book concentrates on relaxation, yet I was so uncomfortable reading it. Make the print bigger please!!

Really enjoying this, the articles are shorter so doesn’t take too long to have a “session”on mindfulness. There are many activities throughout the book that assist you to put it all into practice. I don’t want this book to end!

One of the best books any creative person should buy!!! It also has poetry in the book!!!! This book would also make a great gift. It's a very uplifting book and helps you to find things to write about!!!! I'm excited to try the scavenger hunt!!!! I got this book for myself, but I will soon order one for my mom for a Christmas gift!!! I believe it'll be fun to do together as a mother-daughter craft night thing. I just really love this book. The work behind it is just amazing!!!! Extremely well designed and thought out concept!!!!! Definitely helps with boredom!!!!!! :) oh and also has nice print size. Very easy to read. Whoever said bad print size for this book should probably go to the eye doctor lol. I own glasses but I can read this book fine without them, and my eyes are not the best. Honestly though, some people are just too negative to appreciate a really nice book!!!!!!
