This book is so romantic and beyond .... I wish the author would say how the love of the heroine passed away from or how but I suppose it wouldn't be romantic that way .. I love all the sexy scenes and romantic scenes and how deeply in love the characters were .. I would highly recommend this book to all the romantic people out there

I have read all the Sullivan stories, except Mary and Jack's story. I have read all 8 of the stories about the Sullivan siblings and I enjoyed each one more than the last one. I have just started on the Seattle Sullivans and I am enjoying this first book as much as I have the rest. Bella Andre is a descriptive writer who knows how to deliver a sexy and entertaining story. She is my new favorite author.

What a concept! An ending!! Finally!! So tired of reading these books and getting to the end to find out I have to wait to get the continued story when the next book comes out. This one is not like that and it's HOT to boot! Liked it so well I'm looking at the others in this author's bio and will gladly spend the money on more! Thanks!

This is an amazing start to the Seattle Sullivans series. Each book can easily be as stand alone romances, but once you read one, you will have to read the rest. Bella Andre knows how to write a hot and steamy romance. This one is definitely worth picking up.

This was such a sweet love story. Two people that reconnected after 20 years and were meant to be together! True love at its finest. This was the first book I've read by Bella Andre and I really liked her as an author. I can't wait to read the other books about the Sullivan family.

If you like to read Elin Hiltrebrand books, you'll love this book. Old friends find each other at the lake they both loved as children and SPARKS FLY ! This is the first Sullivan's book I have read as I got it free on kindle prime but it won't be the last. I won't hesitate to pay for future books by this author.

This is a well written romance with great characters. It is so nice to read an e-book that has been properly edited and proofed ( I found no errors while reading it). I was glad to see that there will be more books with the different characters in this book. I would recommend this book to others and am looking forward to reading more books by this author. I enjoyed the start and introduction of characters, as for the mention of dominance and kinky sex, I just don't get it, why even mention it if Rafe isn't willing to be himself with Brooke?
Ending also wasn't too bad.

I loved this story. Lovable, innocent, and care giving is how Brooke could be described. Rafe Alpha male, jaded, by what the under belly OF humanity when mariage is reduced to deception, lies, cheating and private investigators.

Rafe is that investigator. Jaded by it all. Can Brooks' open and trusting nature be just what Rafe needs ? Sweet! Kinky with a interesting twist. Read this one.

it was a very nice romance book, enough steamy details to get into but not so nasty its ridiculous. the only reason its not 5 stars is how long one thought can be written. just describing her and what he thinks about her can take 10 pages and then happen again with her side. but it was really good, definitely getting next one because im interested in mia's love life now lol

The continuation of the Sullivans up to Seattle is a wonderful way to give us more of the Sullivans. I really enjoyed the other books and have them all, first in print and then onto my Kindle. I'm really loving the Seattle boys and girls. I will definitely buy more from this author. And hope she continues with more Sullivans from wherever they are. LOVE LOVE LOVED it.

Another great romantic love story that this author's readers have come to expect. Friendship from a much simpler time in the lives of this couple bring them back to Lake front cottages that sat side by side when they were young. This is the simple joy of discovering that sometimes friendship can be something more.

A nice romance with little else going on. The writing was clean, the characters developed, and the atmosphere reminiscent of childhood memories. The story was very predictable with little suspense, but I liked the writing style and will probably throw in an occasional story by this author.

A decent read which was a romantic modern day read. For all the discussion of kinky in this book, it's was VERY vanilla and I found that slightly frustrating; however, this is a well written, quite predictable book.

I absolutely love Bella Andre!!!! I have not yet read a book by her that has not sucked me in to the point that I cannot stop reading until the book us finished. She najes me laugh, cry, and sometimes so angry I want to jump in the story and slap someone!! I would and have recommended and I absolutely love the Sullivans..keep writing Bella

Another great book for the series! I love the author's easy style. It's so descriptive while also being technically good writing. Her stories are somewhat sappy but I think they can bring out the romantic in anyone. They're emotional with mostly realistic situations...and easy to imagine. Great job, can't wait for the next installment.

Love all Bella Andre books. There is romance and sex, but nothing cringe-worthy. Love how each book in the series gives an update on past characters. If you love romance, read every Sullivan book, then move on to her other series!

What a beautiful story. It turns out, I could not put this book down until I finished it. So beautifully written, I loved the character developement, a beautiful family, which we all want to get to know. It pulls you're heartstrings, a job well done. Highly recommend. Looking forward to the next book.

'The Way You Look Tonight' The Sullivans, book 9 by Bella Andre is a wonderful story! This is the story of Rafe Sullivan and Brooke Jansen. I absolutely loved Rafe & Brooke's story! If you haven't read any of Bella's work, you are missing out! The Sullivan's series is wonderful! As well as all of Bella's other work.

Once again I have fallen in love with another Sullivan! Bella has such a knack for bringing her characters to life. The locales are awe inspiring, and her ability to describe the scenes, make you feel that you are there with them. There are hot sex scenes, but they don't overwhelm, they just add to the love story. A true 5 star book.

i love the Sullivans, and i definitely love Miss Andre's writing style. Her characters are well developed and the story lines are well thought of. In this story, Rafe and Brooke are characters worth knowing and their love story worth reading. i am looking forward to meeting them once in awhile as i get to know the rest of the Sullivans.

Take a beautiful, well written love story and then saturate it with long descriptions of sex. After that you can confuse the issues of sex and love so thoroughly that the most depraved sex acts appear to affirm the relationship. It's frustrating to see these otherwise good books be degraded by the author's twisted sexual perspective.

From the moment Rafe and Brooke meet until the very last page you can feel the heat coming off the page and that is what made the story to captivating that I just could not put it down, I want to read all the stories in The Sullivan Series will be a great collection on my kindle, u hope everyone enjoys this book as much as I do!!!

Every time I meet another Sullivan, I fall in love again! Couldn't put it down until I had read Rafe & Brooke's whole story. And, for the magical time I'm reading, I can just dream of my own Sullivan and being a part of their wonderful family. Loved it, Bella! Thank you!

After reading 'One Perfect Night' and watching Rafe and Mia making brief appearances, I couldn't wait to read the first book in the Sullivans of Seattle (though book 9 in the whole series).

Rafe's being someone whose story I've been curious to read ever since he first showed up on his cousins books (Sullivans of San Francisco) and 'One Perfect Night' only made me more excited to read him.

'The Way You Look Tonight' finally gives readers the chance to get to know him, his family and the woman who owns his heart: Brooke Jansen.

But before I talk more about Rafe and Brooke, I have to admit I couldn't help feeling nostalgia because I wasn't visiting San Francisco and The Sullivans who own my heart. There are some mentions and one cameo but I really missed them. (And I might start re-reading the first 8 books because of that).

Now, onto Rafe and Brooke...

I enjoyed their story, I enjoyed getting to know Rafe more, as well as I enjoyed meeting Brooke, BUT their story didn't catch my interest like the previous books in the series.

There were things going on between them but sometimes I felt like nothing was going on. I just didn't connect completely with them as a couple.

Anyhow, I seem to be one of the few people who've read the book who feels this way, so I encourage you--if you're a contemporary romance fan--to give this book and 'new series' a chance. I certainly will with the next one: Mia Sullivan's book.

And if you haven't read any of The Sullivans, I absolutely recommend you to start now.

As usual, Bella comes through with a really sweet...Sexy...Steamy new Sullivan!!! I loved this book, read it in a day and it was worth the wait, however, I just think it is going to be hard to wait for the next one!!!!

My husband found Bella Andre's "Sullivan" series and told me I had to read the books! How right he was. These books are tender, loving and filled with amazing characters. Strong family ties are a hallmark of this series, as is the fabulous steamy romances! Do yourself a favor and dive in. And be sure to start from Book 1!!!

Bella succeeded again as usual. This book is amazing it leaves you with HEA and yet you still want more. She leaves you with with that really good feeling but you can hardly wait for the next book. I hate reviews with all the spoilers. My recommendation is if you have read Bella's books you'll love this one. If you hadn't had the pleasure yet of this author, you need to definitely try one then you be just like me... Hooked for life..
